The TIP900 system is a comprehensive thermal imaging and noncontact profiling system designed to supervise the temperature of wallboards coming out of the oven. It uses an infrared thermal imager to continuously scan the entire board surface temperatures and allows the detection in real time of moisture and density variations inside each board. The powerful TIP900 software provides sophisticated data integration, visualization and event analysis, and offers users a complete solution of real-time monitoring, detection and traceability. It also analyzes and provides optimal oven dryer profile balance. The detailed wallboard quality maps, the historical temperature trend charts and the images can be seen locally at the operator workstation or remotely. All data is stored in the LogViewer database for complete process visibility and long term traceability. The multipurpose digital indicator TRANS CAL 7281 can be used wherever there is a need to perform high-precision, in-situ calibrations of sensing components used in equipment such as presses, torque tools or pressure-regulating systems. An optional factory calibration certificate or German-accredited DKD/DAkkS calibration certificate can be provided when the measurement device needs to be used as a reference. This provides a quick and cost-effective way of assessing a system with traceable documentation of measurement results. If a reference measurement cannot be made because the sensor location is difficult to access, it is still possible to test the zero point, the input, output and isolation resistance as well as the calibrating offset of the fitted sensor. It is also possible to check the indicating device by measuring the excitation voltage and simulating the characteristic values (mV/V or V) of the sensor used.

Traceability codes like RFID or data matrix have established themselves in the area of product traceability. Yet they are not per se counterfeit-proof. SECUDATA® therefore combines the logistic advantages of the different traceability codes with the counterfeit protection of our micro colour-codes. Both codes are conjointly applicable onto the product, its primary or secondary packaging, labels or closure seals. The traceability system as well as the product can thus be identified as originals. Merchandise management data can be checked in databases worldwide. In a first step, the traceability code is verified. But only the verification of the colour-code unambiguously identifies the authenticity of the traceability code and the product. Additionally, counterfeit-proof delivery and freight documents as well as other accompanying documents can be issued. Customised seals and hologram labels, control seals and closures are also manufactured and protected against counterfeiting.
