WIWOX® Spintec top loader spray chamber washing systems are the solution for fast parts cleaning in maintenance! The parts to be cleaned are placed in the washing basket of the system from above. During the washing process, cleaning fluid is sprayed onto the parts from below, above and from the sides. The basket rotates inside the machine, resulting in an even washing result. The detergent reservoir is located in the bottom of the machine and is also equipped with a heater.

With the LinearOverhead-Transportsystem it is possible to lift and transport sensitive materials contact-free from above. The LinearOverhead-Transport-System uses negative pressure together with ultrasound, which enables contactless linear transport of components on the top side. With this system, the workpieces can be lifted from above and guided along defined lines. Besides the linear transport, the topside conveyor can be combined with other systems to provide inspecting and sorting, as well as singulation of the substrate. The infeed paper or film web is discharged by the discharge bar to eliminate any existing residual static charges. The nip voltage required in the printing nip is transferred into the conductive layer of the impression roller coating via the impression roller bar. The nip voltage (300 to 900V DC) causes the ink to transfer from the cells to the substrate with point-to-point accuracy and without high impression roller pressure. The discharge bar mounted on the outlet side eliminates any residual charges on the surface of paper or the film. A 2-layer impression roller is used for the ESA Top Loading systems GNH63. The impression roller guarantees the even distribution of the charge in the printing nip.

The investment volume of the system is unrivalled in terms of capacity. The RAPIDE L500 is more than "just" a manual gas fill system. With the integrated IPC the gas filling process is visualised and automatically documented. Only with this product you have a verification of quality for all filling processes, for each IG unit – automated, without additional effort. Allocation of the IG unit is executed via barcode. Thus traceability in terms of gas filling is also ensured. The capacity with 1 filling line is approximately 600 units with 2 lines the capacity is approximately 1200 units. The most common form of milling is face milling; an extremely wide range of tools can be used for this process, ranging from a HSS milling cutter through to high speed milling cutters with cutting inserts in many different shapes and geometries. Several points must be watched in high speed milling and therefore a progressive cut should be preferred. The entry radius is crucial and this should therefore be programmed on entry and exit. It is particularly important that the feed rate should also be reduced when entering the work-piece until the milling cutter is fully engaged. Due to the depth of field the grid print disappears for the camera and therefore, there is no breakthrough (dark stain) visible on the ecamination area. The flat dome light is very good for reading codes and labels. Coaxial light: these coacial light have a semi-permeable mirror. The light entrance and exit is covered with a non-reflecting real glass. They are equipped with power LED and latest power electronics. The power ist controlled inside.
