Keiper can produce them in all pitches and designed according to your specifications and drawings. This means that you will receive the optimal solution for the intended application and load. Our timing belt clamping plates work together optimally with our extensive and complete range of timing belts: in other words, a perfectly matched system for your requirements. We also have a large number of standard aluminum clamping plates on stock, which can be reworked according to your specifications (e.g. bores and mechanical processing based on drawings). Furthermore, such special surface coatings as hard coating, anodizing, zinc coating or bronzing improve the corrosion and wear resistance.

Keiper PU Flex timing belts are extruded of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords, aramid cords or high flexible steel cords and VA steel with endless winded cords. In these belts the cords are helically spooled. These timing belts can be used for all kinds of power transmission applications because of their high power transfer, and their high flexibility make them suitable for synchronous transport and positioning applications. By using standard polyurethane and such other belt materials as polyurethane that is cold resistant, heat resistant or suitable for contact with foodstuffs a wide spectrum of applications is possible.

easy drive® track timing belts can be made from the complete range of polyurethane and neoprene timing belts: in open lengths, endless welded, for form belts, endless Flex or wide timing belts, in almost any length and width. The directional guiding, with groove in tooth, is either already integrated in the timing belt during production or added later. These timing belts exhibit the same properties as standard timing belts. However, in addition, axial movement is prevented and the zero-play guiding leads to high directional stability. The cast PU timing belt is an exact replica of its mold. Consequently, high pitch accuracy along the entire length of the belt is realized. They are particularly well suited for smooth running and high speeds. Keiper PU wide timing belts are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength aramid cords in widths up to 600mm. These timing belts are specially designed for synchronous transport applications. In view of the production width as well as outstanding mechanical and chemical properties, they can be used for many applications. Moreover, it is possible to use special materials such as, for example, polyurethane that is suitable for contact with foodstuffs, or a nylon coating on the tooth facing and back side. Keiper self-guiding PU track timing belts are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords or aramid cords and produced in open lengths. The V-guide is either integrated in the timing belt during production or welded into the belt later. These timing belts exhibit the same properties as standard timing belts. In addition, axial movements are prevented. Keiper self-guiding PU track timing belts are available as endlessly welded belts and cut goods, in almost any length and width. Properties and special features: Prevent axial movements V-profile guides can be combined with any tooth profile in all sizes Flanges are no longer required, the notched design of the V-profile guide gives rise to high flexibility Applications: Conveying and positioning applications with large center distances Applications, in which axial movement is a problem and flanges cannot be used.
