The economic adjustment to small batch sizes, we meet with our turned parts for the direct assembly in plastics and die-cast products. Any thread forms such as, thread-tapping (DIN7500), thread cutting (DIN 7513-7516) or KTG for direct screw in plastics are realized cost-effectively. Advantage is the elimination of high tooling costs, since no counter-thread in the workpiece (eg threaded inserts, nuts, etc.) is required because the direct assembly takes place directly into the workpiece. Only a given tube is required in order to screw it directly. Our turned parts replace previously cold formed parts used (so-called multi-station presses) which require high output volumes in order to achieve a reasonable price parts.

This low cost tension/compression load cell is an especially robust component, which can be easily integrated in a girder assembly between two cables or chains for measuring force. The standard model comes with internal thread, allowing any adapter parts, for instance eye brackets, to be fitted in the axis of symmetry. Alternatively, the optionally available adapters with external thread can be used for quick and easy screw-fitting into a threaded hole made for the purpose. The radial connection cable is extremely flexible and designed for a wide range of motion. Stamped parts / contract manufacture Your products delivered punctually As a flexible stamping business, Schulz Stanztechnik manufactures various stamped and stamped bent parts for the most diverse areas of application from conveyance technology components, the automotive industry to mechanical components such as washers and angle connectors or entire assemblies. We place particular emphasis on high-quality and punctual manufacture and delivery of the ordered products and services. We are also in a position to meet special requests of our customers at short notice. Alongside the actual stamping process, Schulz Stanztechnik carries out numerous additional tasks, such as the creation of threads, use of installation parts or the installation of several components to the stamped parts. These activities can be carried out during stamping as well as in a separate work process.

The blind rivet connection itself is a non-detachable connection. However in order to be able to attach further detachable components GESIPA® has the threaded blind rivet in its product range. The threaded blind rivet has a stud with M5 or M6 external thread to which further parts can be mounted using an additional nut.

The SANHA series 4000 and 5000 „SA“ consist of solder and transition fittings for copper pipes according to EN 1057 and EN 13348 for hard and soft soldering. All products are certified according to many national and international certification bodies. SANHA capillary solder fittings are manufactured from copper (Cu-DHP, CW024A  for moulded parts) and copper alloys CC499K (threaded parts, cast parts) and fulfill all requirements of BS EN 1254.

In stamping technology, many very different technologies can be integrated into the stamping process, such as assembling two or more parts, contact riveting, resistance and laser welding, laser marking of parts, or thread forming. Our high-precision tools, thereby, create a basis for production that is, over its lifetime, very high quality and economical. The stamping process is accompanied by a 100 % quality control of the functional design dimensions.

We manufacture turned parts such as threaded bushings and nuts for mechanical engineering, power plant technology and for furniture technology. The treatment of the turned parts takes place on our CNC turning machines, conventional lathes, 6-spindle multispindles or automatic lathes. Threaded bushings and thread nuts are usually supplied as a system with matching stems (spindles).

Quicky is a compact precast dowel made from a single piece. Assembling and disassembling parts is not required. Quicky is injection-moulded from high-quality branded HDPE plastic and is therefore cheaper than metal-plastic sleeves. The threadless sleeve allows for the anchoring screw to be turned in and out with an electric screwdriver in seconds. The days of risky unscrewing of threaded parts (breakage!) and cumbersome manual screwing of the anchoring screw into threads that are frequently soiled with cement paste are gone at last!
