We can also supply you at short notice. We only deliver goods of European origin. Different thread types Screw connections can be supplied with the following threads: NPT thread according to ANSI 1.20.1 BSP thread according to EN 10226 G thread according to DIN ISO 228 such as BSP / P R thread according to DIN 2999 like BSP / T. Standards and special requests We supply threaded fittings as standard in two pressure levels (3000 lbs and 6000 lbs) and in all common materials. We can also supply 9000 lbs and special materials if required.

Threaded brass fittings (material no. CW617N, composition CuZn40Pb2) are well-suited for the use in a wide range of applications such as heating, rain water or water /glycole mixtures (or similar water with frost protection additives). Threaded brass fittings are durable and easy to install and have a high Brinell hardness for increased corrosion protection. Our programme of threaded brass fittings also includes brass extensions. The wide range of different threaded brass fitting dimensions from ¼“ up to 2 1/2“ as well as several different chromed versions off installers the option of finding the right fitting for the application in question. Even though brass fittings are allowed for drinking water installations in many countries, we recommend the use of our lead-free series for this application.

Kullen-Koti disc brushes can be supplied with various fill configurations. For example with compressed face, with narrow or large fill collars, with fill array in particular forms, either with normal vertical bristle bundles or with inclined bundles to all directions. We supply core material according to your application purpose, for example cores made of plastic qualities PP, PA, PE, POM or PVC as well as of wood or different steel and metal types. On request of big quantities it is worth to use moulded plastic cores. Almost all fill material qualities can be used, e.g. natural hairs and bristles, plant fibres, synthetic filaments and wires. We can supply disc brushes matched to your requirements with bore hole, thread or shaft for fitting in the machines.

The MBS standard cylinder series is characterized by a variable and stroke-independent welded construction. Due to the uniform force transitions between the different sizes and the different connection situations, they are often used in the areas of mobile and stationary hydraulics. Cylinder connection is via welded rod ends and bolted radial bearings. Connections with threaded holes for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO 1179-2 are planned. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. The solvent pump for tinplate canisters with pull-out spout puts an end to the risky decanting of dangerous substances into another container. PumpMaster, canister and barrel pump for petrochemical liquids. The manual pressure pump is ideally suited for drawing off, decanting and emptying canisters and barrels. The hand pump is used to create excess pressure that forces the liquid out of the container. The stopcock also allows extraction of small quantities of liquid. The PumpMaster container pump is mounted on the container using a flexible stopper with a variable and adjustable diameter. No special thread adapters are required. PumpMaster fits all commercial container openings with a diameter from 46.5 mm to 60 mm. The immersion tube has a length of 95 cm and it can be shortened depending on the size of the container.
