The short-wave thermoIMAGER TIM M thermal imaging cameras are mainly used in the metal processing industry. Due to its short-wave measuring wavelength, these infrared cameras are ideal for temperature monitoring during melting, hardening and forming processes.

Micro-Epsilon offers suitable accessories for TIM infrared cameras in order to expand their functionality and application possibilities. Interfaces, PCs, interchangeable lenses and protective housings allow for the thermal imaging camera to be adapted to the respective measurement task.

The thermoIMAGER TIM QVGA and TIM VGA cameras are used for stationary thermography tasks where high resolution is required. Due to their high thermal sensitivity, these cameras also detect even the smallest of temperature differences. Both standard lenses and special microscope lenses are available for the TIM QVGA and TIM VGA cameras. The microscope lens enables detailed macro shooting of the smallest of elements. High-resolution macro shooting is possible with a spatial resolution of 28 µm. The distance between the target and the camera varies between 80 mm and 100 mm.

thermoIMAGER TIM 160S infrared cameras are designed for stationary thermography providing an excellent price/performance ratio. These thermal imaging cameras are connected via USB 2.0 to a computer and are promptly ready for use. Various interfaces enable their integration into networks and automated systems.

TIM thermal imaging cameras are designed for non-contact measurement of surface temperatures from -20 °C to 1900 °C. They enable efficient monitoring and control of temperature-critical processes both with low temperatures (e.g. in cooling chains) and with very high temperatures (e.g. in glass and metal processing). Their high thermal sensitivity makes these infrared cameras ideally suitable for precise and dynamic tasks. Different performance classes enable a suitable model to be selected for every application. The camera is connected via a USB interface, which also supplies the power.

The thermoMETER TIM 8 combines the advantages of a robust pyrometer with a thermal imaging camera. Due to its extremely compact size, it can also be integrated into machines and production lines. The spotfinder function enables precise temperature measurements with automatic sensor adjustment. In addition, remote focusing of the lens is possible via a motorized focus. This intelligent spotfinder pyrometer is used in automation, machine building and plant monitoring.

The ThermoView TV30 thermal imaging camera provides a rich feature set of automation and control capabilities along with the expected durability to meet the demanding industrial applications that FPI product need to survive in. TV30 can interface directly to factory automation equipment, 3rd party software such as Labview, or Fluke Process Instruments ThermoView software. EagleAttack of Scott is durable, light thermal imaging camera. Easy to use and became indispensable for fire brigade, police as well as in security sectors. The sensors functionates with a definition of 160x120 pixels, frame rate of 60Hz and a dynamic blend circuit, that reacts up to 600°C. Technology of EagleAttack uses a vanadium oxide- microbolometer for clearer image display and it allows taking pictures clearly identifiable and extraordinary differentiated with the camera. EagleAttack is provided with NiMH-battery, operating time of 2 hours. AA-batteries can be used as well. Battery is inserted to table charger of Scott Eagle X for charging. Optionally, battery charger (TCS) is available whereby the camera can be fixed to. The battery is charging while situated in handgrip of camera.
