We offer our customers the leasing of our test bays for testing your machines and systems.The above-mentioned machines can also be coupled in sets of three so that even higher outputs are possible. At LDW we also have several DC machines with other speed ranges and lower outputs. We also have three-phase load machines with speed ranges from 750 to 3,000 1/min at an output range of 1,400 to 3,000 kW. Our largest measurement shaft has a torque of 5,000 Nm (accuracy class <1%). We usually verify the torque via a DC-machine. We have several DC machines with speed ranges of 100 to 6000 1/min in the test bay (depending on requirements) at an output range from 100 to 1,500 kWThe maximum torque of our largest measuring shaft is 5,000 Nm (accuracy class <1%), we usually verify the torque via a DC-machine. OUR IN-HOUSE TEST PLANT AND LAB In order to ensure the high quality and long service life of our agitators, we have set up an in-house plant for testing our agitators. At the end of the manufacturing process, all of our agitators undergo a specific test procedure with a final test run. Here, we can test agitators with a shaft length of up to twelve meters. When designing our agitators, we use fluid mechanics simulations in our in-house laboratory. All Geppert mixing systems are delivered with O&M Manual and worldwide technical service.

The HELOX 4 has been a proven test instrument for quality control of IG units for more than 30 years. The analyser is preferred by test institutes and the central labs of the insulated glass manufacturers. A paramagnetic measuring cell that selectively measures the residual oxygen, and which consequently is the primary measurement method, is used as the measuring technology for this analyser. This has the advantage that the user does not need to know which gas type is in the IG unit. On the display the gas concentration of the gas sample is shown. A rechargeable battery can be integrated as an option, which enables the devices to also be used directly on the construction site. A sample is injected with a gas syringe. This offers the advantage that only minimal gas quantities are required and you can check the function of the gas analyser yourself.
