In manufacturing plants, parts cleaning is one of the key activities along the production line. The productivity of a manufacturing plant is determined by the availability of the cleaning technology. At the PERO Centre of Competence, PERO specialists work together with operators to develop the cleaning method that best suits their needs.

In the field of minimum application unit we can offer different application units such like floating knife, mini kissroll, knifeoverroll and screen or predosed kissroll units. These units offer the following advantages compared to a traditional padder process Lowaddon technology with a fabric moisture of 60 g/sqm, lower water consumption and thus high energy savings during the subsequent drying processes, low residual liquor (2.5 litres per metre working width) and thus fewer chemicals which have tob e disposed of during a batch change. Test can be carried out at any time on our test plant in our Technology Centre in Germany.

1. Combined cleaner and disinfectant Z/4An alkaline cleaner & disinfectant that rapidly disinfects equipment, tools and facilities due to its high chlorine content. Fights mould and algae. Suitable for use on nearly all surfaces thanks to corrosion inhibitors (limited compatibility with aluminium). Microbiological certificates have been obtained from the Physical Institute of the Federal Test and Research Centre for the Dairy Industry, Kiel and the Austrian Federal Education and Test Centre for the Dairy Industry, Wolfpassing. 2. Disinfectant Z/5, Z/15Disinfectant concentrate based on peracetic acid. Broad-spectrum antimicrobial action. Used for the disinfection of machines, containers, large equipment, waste water and drains.
