The industrial pressure transmitter DMP 336 was especially developed for hydrogen applications and can also be used with other technical gases (e.g. oxygen). This is achieved by using an alloy based on 316L which prevents hydrogen embrittlement of the media-wetted parts. Level of hydrocarbon and particle contamination are significantly reduced by special treatment during production and cleaning. An IS- version is optionally available for explosion-protected applications zone 0 / 20. These two-blade rotary blowers work on the Roots principle. They ensure the oil-free transport of air and almost all technical gases.

Explosionproof/flameproof gas preheater EEx d -ATEX und IECEx zertifiziert In general a cooling down takes place at expansion of gases whilst a heating takes place at compression. Typical gases are carbon monoxide, natural gas and air. The temperature change, which occurs at expansion of gas or gas mixture from a high to low pressure i.e. after a gas pressure control is called Joule-Thomson effect. In order to prevent the effects of Joule-Thomson as icing or condensate separation, the gas will be heated up before expansion. The gas pre heaters are suitable for all kind of gaseous media (i.e. air, natural gas, technical gases, fuel gas) and low flow process applications, suitable for pressures up to 300 bar. The “Cast electric heaters” type flameproof electrical gas pre heaters are certified for use in zone 1 or 2 hazardous area, custom built to meet client specification. The gas pre heater consists of a process tube coil and an electrical heating bundle, casted in aluminium. The process gas flows through the tube coil and is heated by the aluminium block that provides the heat transfer. This indirect electric heating gives an accurate control of the process and eliminates pressure vessel design and associated costs.

Gas Filters WITT gas filters allow the reliable filtration of the finest dirt particles in gases. Depending on the respective version, the gas filters can filter out particles from 3 to 40 micron and extend the service life of downstream equipment. The WITT gas filters provide high flow rates and multiple connections. WITT gas filters can be used for many technical gases. The gas filters – with or without condensation outlet – are designed for installation in pipelines or at outlet points. Gas filters can be changed while installed.

Non-Return Valves WITT non-return valves protect plants, pipelines and outlet points against reverse gas flow and meet all relevant standards and regulations. The product range of non-return valves includes a large choice of nominal sizes (up to DN200) and flow rates (0.35 – 106 SCFH). The sophisticated valve technology of WITT non-return valves provides small pressure drops making them also suitable for applications with smallest opening pressures. A high-quality sealing system with elastomeres prevents leakages, and dirt filters at the inlet point assure long service life of the non-return valves. Some non-return valve models can also be used as flashback arrestors. All non-return valves can be mounted in any orientation, are available with all connections, in brass and stainless steel and are suitable for almost all technical gases.

Flashback Arrestors / Flame Arrestors WITT flashback arrestors / flame arrestors are used to protect single cylinders, outlet points or pipelines and can be used for almost all technical gases. Through the combination of established safety elements, flashback arrestors provide protection against flashbacks and backfire. Flashback arrestors also prevent the formation of dangerous gas mixtures within the pipeline. WITT flashback arrestors / flame arrestors meet all relevant standards (EN730-1/ISO5175), with the according tests from licensing offices such as the BAM (Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing). A 100% product control assures highest quality. The flashback arrestors / flame arrestors are mountable in any orientation and are available with all connections and in brass or stainless steel. High-quality materials and filters in the gas inlet provide long service life of WITT flashback arrestors.

Maximum measurement accuracy with simple operation Dräger tubes are calibrated short-time rapid measurement system, which determines quickly and inexpensively various gas concentration currently. With easy operation highest measurement accuracy for gases, vapours and aerosols is achieved. Individual- and simultaneous measurements are possible, either air or technical gases and in water or bottom sludge. During the shelf-life (normally 2 years) no calibration is necessary. Several measurements with only Dräger tube are particularly possible Generally one package contains 10 Dräger-tubes (PU), some articles contain fewer tubes, but then the deviating number is stated in brackets. Dräger tubes indicate standard measuring range; any possible deviation of measuring range can be read in instruction for use.
