Compressed air preparation helps to prevent malfunctions on pneumatic components and increases their service life. Machine failures and downtimes are reduced. Whether compressed air preparation, regulation or cleaning, we have multi-part service units, from pressure regulators, filter controllers, oilers, condensate diverters and oil-water separators to system expansions and various accessories as well.

For designs that require a stepper motor with directly integrated lead screw, drylin® E offers the ideal solution. The stand-alone versions with NEMA11 stepper motor (very small type) are available in a compact type with or without encoder. The lead screw is centred and in combination with the dryspin® high helix thread technology, the system has a long service life. Stepper motors from igus® are a good supplement to drylin® linear axes. They are characterised by their cost-effectiveness, precision and easy control. They work reliably under the most varied environmental conditions (depending on the selected class of protection IP). The igus® stepper motors can be connected to the most common motor controls using standardised electrical connection. The encoder sends signals from the motor to the motor control. The encoder verifies that the required linear motion has occurred precisely as required. Encoder = increased machine accuracy.

iglidur® JATM, metric d1 [mm]: iglidur® JATM/VATM consists of a hard-anodized ring and a bearing ring made of iglidur® J (JATM) and iglidur® V400 (VATM). Remote maintenance and troubleshooting over long distances are only possible with a secure remote connection over the Internet. The central component of the Kuhnke remote service system is the IXplatform of our system partner IXON in Overloon, The Netherlands. The IXplatform is a powerful Industrial Internet of Things platform (Industrial IoT) and connects the control in the machine secure with one of the world-wide distributed data servers. The application on the data servers is web-based and can be accessed with any browser from your PC, smartphone or tablet. The VPN connection provides a secure remote connection for monitoring, programming or troubleshooting on the machine control. The IXrouter is a combined Industrial VPN Router and IoT-Edge Gateway and connects your machine controller, HMI, robots and all other industrial devices in your machine.

Pre-fabricated STRATE AWASTATION service buildings are set up directly on top of shafts (STRATE AWALIFTSCHACHT) or optionally alongside shafts on concrete foundation blocks. The STRATE AWALIFT 80 is the system preferred for draining single- and two-family homes where the drainpipe is below the backwater level (acc. to DIN 1986-100) and the houses cannot be drained using natural gradient. DIN EN 12056-4 specifies the backwater level here as being the road surface of the connection point to the public sewage system. The AWALIFT 80 was specially developed as a small system for building services engineering (max. 12 residents). This means that for the first time, demanding users now have a sewage pumping station available in patented and tried-and-trusted separator technology, which employs polymer components throughout. And the separator system effectively prevents pump blockage. With the development of CHARM®, Open Grid Europe is providing an efficient leakage control method for natural gas pipeline networks and thus an alternative to the labour intensive practice of conducting on-site inspections of the pipelines with gas detection devices.
