The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1002 series are direct support cylinders for vehicle construction. A robust cylinder connection is made possible by welding blocks. The support plates are ± 15 ° swivel. The cylinder connections have threaded holes for pipe connections according to BSPP ISO 1179-2. Hub and piston rod overhang are variably selectable. Control of the cylinders is possible on both sides via integrated hydraulically operated check valves in plate construction. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. The STAUFF Press Assembly Machine SPR-PRC-POC allows the pressure/position-controlled pre-assembly and final assembly of cutting rings from the Extra-Light Series (LL), the Light Series (L) and the Heavy Series (S) according to ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353 on tube ends with outer diameters between 4 mm and 42 mm. PAI material considers the most efficient fusible thermoplastic in terms of temperature resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical stress. Its mechanical strength at 205 °C surpasses many engineering plastics at room temperature. BIEGLO offers PAI finished parts of the following types: Torlon® 4203; 4301; 4275; 4435; 4645; 5030 (30% GF); 7130 (30% CF). Each type is best suited for a particular application. Polyamide-imide can be used for a lot of appliations like gears, rollers, plasma chamber hardware and wafer contact fixtures. In addition, PAI material is ideal for high-temperature thermal insulators, burn-in test sockets, valve seats, fasteners, mechanical connections, rollers, labyrinth seals, drive wheels, valve plates, vanes and support gaskets.

Based on the decisive properties of the flexible material, the rubberised filter press is mainly used for the filtration of particularly aggressive suspensions and environments. The aggressive suspensions include, for example, solvents or acids. In this context, the conventional painting of the steel parts is no longer sufficient. THE RUBBERIZED FILTER PRESS OF MSE AS PROTECTIVE MEASURES AGAINST AGGRESSIVE SUSPENSIONS In a complex process, the load-bearing filter press components are coated with a layer of 3mm thick plastic. In the case of the rubberised filter press, the hydraulic stands, feed stand, pressure plate and supporting beams are hard rubberised and the smaller components are made of polypropylene. It is also possible to rubberise only the components in contact with the product, such as the feed stand and the pressure plate. The composition of the rubber coating depends on the special surface requirements of our customers.

The Lapmaster Model 48 is equipped with a 48 inch (1219mm) diameter lap plate. This is manufactured from Grade 300 grey cast iron to ISO 185(2005). It consists of individual segments bolted to a support plate. Outlets are provided to feed each conditioning ring via a track wire, with individual control valves. This system is designed so that a circulatory flow is established. The pump is capable of delivering far more compound to the outlets than is necessary. Excess compound is returned to the reservoir via a sloping drain tube. This together with the constant agitations provided by the stirrer minimises the tendency of the abrasive grains to settle out in the vehicle. The machine is intended for use with free abrasive compounds. A dispensing system, for use with water and diamond compounds etc., can also be fitted. Flatness of the machines lap plate, and consequently of the work, is controlled by adjusting the position of the conditioning rings relative to the lap plate track.
