Our timing belt clamping plates work together optimally with our extensive and complete range of timing belts: in other words, a perfectly matched system for your requirements. We also have a large number of standard aluminum clamping plates on stock, which can be reworked according to your specifications (e.g. bores and mechanical processing based on drawings). Furthermore, such special surface coatings as hard coating, anodizing, zinc coating or bronzing improve the corrosion and wear resistance.

Copper is a trace element required by the human body to perform essential functions. Copper contributes towards a normal function of the nervous system and the energy metabolism, a healthy immune system and maintenance of connective tissue. In our food, copper is mainly contained in chocolate, liver, cereal, vegetables and nuts. Copper deficiency is rare in humans but certain illnesses and taking high doses of zinc, iron or molybdenum can lead to lower copper levels in the body. Each tablet contains 2000 µg copper.

The different passivation processes differ with regard to corrosion protection, appearance, coating thickness and colouring. Often the passivation processes are additionally enhanced by seals (topcoats). These topcoats not only provide even greater corrosion protection, but also provide a more uniform appearance. The topcoats are adjustable to define the friction properties. Passivation processes are provided exclusively chrome-6 free."
