The one-part NDT X-ray chemistry ensures absolutely brilliant results in industrial film processing and is tried and tested in oil & gas, aviation, nuclear and military applications. As it is free of hazardous substances, it is not subject to any transport restrictions, it is odorless and free of hazardous and carcinogenic ingredients. It can be used universally and is therefore also suitable for mixed systems with different devices and X-ray films.

This extremely robust flat-panel detector was specially designed for mobile use and the harsh conditions of industrial radiography and can be used with X-ray and gamma sources. The end-of-line X-ray inspection system offers maximum safety. By using X-ray technology the XRE-D detects contaminated, damaged and defective products and packagings. Besides metallic and non-metallic foreign objects it detects missing, defective or misshaped products as well as overweight or underweight. Thanks to an efficient quick conveyor belt change system the belt can be changed within two minutes. The product inspection system XRE-D X-ray inspection system detects all foreign objects, which due to their density, chemical components or mechanical dimensions absorb X-rays at a higher or lower degree than the surrounding product. Detectable SteriPlast® spatulas, made of blue polystyrene, are produced and assembled in our class 7 clean room (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilised by gamma rays. As a result of the long, ergonomically-shaped, stable handle and a sharp blade, it is possible to even penetrate directly into containers such as paper or plastic sacks. Detectable spatula are ideal for sampling powders, granulates and pastes. These scoops, spatulas, spoons and scrapers are not only coloured blue but also have a special additive in the material that makes them visible to metal detectors or X rays. These products can therefore be rejected with standard systems for checking for foreign objects, even though they are made of plastic.

Detectable SteriPlast® spoons, made of polystyrene, are produced in our class 7 clean room (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilised by gamma rays. The detectable spoons are available in two sizes, 2.5 ml (similar to a teaspoon) and 10 ml (similar to a tablespoon), and are ideal for sampling powders, granulates and fluids. These scoops, spatulas, spoons and scrapers are not only coloured blue but also have a special additive in the material that makes them visible to metal detectors or X rays. These products can therefore be rejected with standard systems for checking for foreign objects, even though they are made of plastic.
