Feed - Import export

Control valves and directional valves clear, block or change the flow direction of the medium used. They control the direction of the volume flow, i.e. the exit direction of a cylinder, and through start-stop commands the travel distance of the stroke. Our product range includes manual, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic actuated valves in 3/2-, 5/2- and 5/3-directional design. Directional valves acc. to NAMUR, supply units, base plates, logistics modules and two-handed safety control valves add to the assortment.

Dosing systems DOS: Perfectly controlled oil feed rates Thanks to automated control of the oil feed rate DOS series dosing systems offer the highest levels of efficiency and flexibility in your lubrication processes – and it does not matter if continuous lubrication is desired or just a single drop is required. The machine cycle time determines the interval at which the lubrication valves open. The following DOS dosing systems are available from us: DOS 10 MR, DOS 10 MR H: system for pneumatically operated roller lubricators WF 60 WG, WF 110 WG, WF 110 MOT. Optionally available with poppet valve DOS 40: reservoir and control unit are separate. Also available for squeeze-on lubricators, but without pressure vessel (replacement: VB 10). DOS S: version for sector lubrication; in this case the oil feed for each roller can be programmed separately (via PLC). Other configurations include, amongst others, an extension to facilitate oil supply directly from an oil drum or an option to operate

Boiler feed water The so called „Boiler feed water“ is stored in a feed water tank and continuously feeded to the boiler of a steam generator. A big quantity of feed water is needed for example in steam power plants. The boiler generates steam, which is used for heating, for chemical processes or for driving a steam turbine respectively a steam engine. The feed water is purified in a way, that all harmfull components for the boiler are removed or neutralized. Leakages and evaporation loss are compensated by additional water which is purified in the same way than boiler feed water. Very often, valuable well and potable water resources are used for the generation of process water. Environmental regulations restrict this usage of well and potable water continuously and increase the costs for this resources steadily.
