KEIPER synchronizing toothed shafts can be made of such diff erent materials as aluminum, steel or stainless steel. The fact that they can be produced with all pitches and designed according to your specifications and drawing ensures optimal solutions for all applications and any loads. Our synchronizing toothed shafts work together optimally with our extensive and complete range of timing belts. Together they are a perfectly matched system for your application. We have a large range of standard pulleys on stock, which can be reworked according to your specifi cations within a short time (e.g. bores and machining based on your drawings). Special surface coatings, e.g. such as hard coating, anodizing, zinc coating or bronzing, improve corrosion and wear resistance.

Bearing assemblies with direct drive are suitable for applications where high performance and low space requirements are important criteria. The integration of the drive into the bearing housing means that wear-prone assemblies for transmitting drive power, such as toothed belts, shafts or chains, can be dispensed with. This reduces the required drive energy and also benefits more accurate positioning.

Toothed belt brushes from Kullen complement the belt brush range and offer one advantage in the feeding technique which the others do not: they can be set to a measurable cycle time. We only use standard toothed belts made of polyurethane with especially welded studs for fixing the fill material. The toothed belts are resistant against humidity, oils, greases and most chemicals. They can be used at temperatures between -15°C up to 80°C. Our experience shows that the required variations of toothed belt brushes are specific according to the customer's application and thus are normally produced ready to be installed as an endless unit. This brush type is available in common widths (KB) of standard toothed belts divided in T5, T10 and T20. The belt length depends on your requirements. easy drive® track timing belts can be made from the complete range of polyurethane and neoprene timing belts: in open lengths, endless welded, for form belts, endless Flex or wide timing belts, in almost any length and width. The directional guiding, with groove in tooth, is either already integrated in the timing belt during production or added later. These timing belts exhibit the same properties as standard timing belts. However, in addition, axial movement is prevented and the zero-play guiding leads to high directional stability. Franke linear modules type FTD are light, compact and ready-to-install positioning units. They are extremely compact and combine the guide system and toothed belt drive within the housing. Franke FTD linear modules can be used universally. They are suitable for long stroke lengths of up to 7 meters.

Franke bearing assemblies type LVE are bearing assemblies with toothed belt gearing, aluminium housing rings and integrated bearing elements. Franke bearing assemblies type LVE are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. They convince by their low weight and are available at short notice, in some cases even from stock. Designed as 4-point bearings, they can support equally high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. The bearing assemblies are sealed on both sides and adjusted to preload.

SELECTIO Selective soldering systems for automatic single point soldering and multiple point soldering It is not always possible to use mass soldering processes such as wave soldering to perform a certain soldering task.
