The new Cleco TULMan Electronic Counter is a universal product designed to effectively manage pneumatic tools, allowing users to monitor tool usage, and implement preventative maintenance. The TULMan Electronic Counter enables maintenance intervals or calibration checks to be set based on cycles or run time. A yellow LED light warns when the cycle or run time limits are near, while it turns red when cycle or run time limits have been reached. The electronic counter can also allow users to track tool usage or compare product usage among different operators to improve productivity and processes.

BORRIES hand stamping tools are especially used for control stamping, numbering or as a center punch. They are usable as hand held tools or integrated units. The sturdy and easy-to-use chamfering machine was designed for the deburring and chamfering of small to medium-sized workpieces and bar material starting with a thickness of 1 mm. The machine generates a very good chamfering quality thanks to the optimized interaction between the cutter head and cutting inserts. In NE metals and steel, a chamfer width up to 11mm is possible. The WKF 170 has gradual speed regulation, which is very useful when processing aluminum or stainless steel. The angle adjustment can cover a range from 15-60° in 5° steps. For longer workpieces or serial part production, we recommend optimizing the feed unit with pressing pressure, surface quality, feed speed and service life of tools. The machine can be installed on an undercarriage for flexible use in a workshop, which simultaneously serves as a chip box. The machine can be extended with roller guide ways or converted into an automatic chamfering machine.

The KKE edge and contour deburring machines are designed for chamfering small to medium-sized workpieces. The durable steel casing, the wear-resistant and sanded work plate and the speed regulation convince in every regard. The machine is available in KKE1 and KKE2 designs. The KKE2 includes a prismatic guide with extraction socket in the scope of delivery. Our versatile tool range includes different VHM milling cutters and CBN or diamond grinding pencils. The VHM milling cutters are available for the processing of chamfer angles and radii. Ball bearings with Ø3, Ø4, Ø5 or Ø6mm are used for contour processing with the VHM milling cutters. Tapered contour chamfers are used in combination with guide fingers or stop rulers. A chamfer width of up to 3mm is possible in NE metals and steels and up to 2mm in stainless steel. Radii processing is feasible up to R3. We recommend an industrial vacuum with automatic switch-on for the KKE2 so that cleanliness at the workplace can be guaranteed.
