The Kappa creep testing machine is a flexible and highly-precised creep testing machine used for maximum cost-effectiveness. It is fully equipped with a test frame having four steel columns for high lateral and axial stiffness. It is powered by top-quality components that includes testXpert® II testing software and test control measurement and control devices. It has attained success due to its successful installations worldwide. It features an intelligent sensor technology which recognizes and calibrates all the sensors that are connected including their projected force limits and environments. It generally focuses on the most essential requirements of creep testing which include load, temperature, strain and data security.

The ZHU 250 is ideally designed to promote an excellent quality performance and functionality. It is built with an attractive and sophisticated structure used for a very simple and easy operation, direct-viewing and more. It is considered as a versatile tester used for process loading, dwelling and unloading of the test force. It is also constructed with three hardness testing methods specifically the Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers for further variation. It is a fully automated test sequence and a highly accurate closed-loop drive system, together with excellent depth of field. The RS232 connection to testXpert® testing software enables all tests to be evaluated and documented and data transferred to quality assurance systems for further processing. The custom-made accessories tailored to a wide range of applications are also provided.

The Zwick 3103 IRHD micro compact hardness tester comprises of a standard unit with combined electronics and display. It is equipped with a support table that has an adjustable height for the samples. It also has an integral IRHD micro measurement tool in accordance to ISO 48. This tester are applicable for testing O-rings, seals, hoses, and mouldings. Furthermore, the Zwick 3103 is equipped with a 2-line LCD display that presents the measurement period, range, and value. It has a built-in testXpert® testing software that enables transmission of measured value using the RS232 interface.
