Pressteck is one of the world's leading specialists for deep-drawn individual parts on transfer presses and their processing into assemblies. The GEMÜ 650TL diaphragm valve is a manual tapping valve with automatic closing function which is pneumatically operated. The "keep-closed" override of manual operation is via a stainless steel handwheel. The valve can only be operated (opened / closed), if a control medium is applied to the actuator. The GEMÜ 660 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve was designed for dosing and filling a wide range of products. All metallic actuator components are made of stainless steel. Normally closed (NC), Normally open (NO) and Double acting (DA) control functions are available. The GEMÜ F40 2/2-way filling valve is designed for filling processes in aseptic and hygienic areas of application. Flow rates up to 6,600 l/h are possible depending on the version. The sealing concept of the valve is based on the GEMÜ PD design, whereby the actuator is hermetically separated from the medium. All actuator parts (except seals) are made from stainless steel. The filling valve is available in pneumatic design F40 (and electrical design F60). Adopted stainless steel body and fluorine contained resin valves. The body and spring material of stainless steel (SUS304), and valve of fluorine contained resin ensure excellent performance with various chemicals. Body (SUS304) is electropolished for enhanced corrosion resistance. Plug comes with a dust cap.

Fluorine contained resin packing seal and perfluoroelastomer packing seal are used to reduce required connection load and to achieve tight sealing. The material of body and spring are of stainless steel (SUS304), while that of valve is of fluorine contained resin. The combination shows excellent performance with various types of chemicals. Body (SUS304) is electropolished for enhanced corrosion resistance. Flanged body makes it easy to operate even with gloves.
