Interior brushes are particularly suitable for deburring recesses and holes in O-rings and for cleaning, smoothing and derusting. They are used in conjunction with drilling machines, flexible shafts and machining centres.The particular purposes of tube cleaning brushes are to derust, clean and descale the insides of tubes. They are used for manual processing and in flexible shafts and static machines. Alphahon brushes are elastic, flexible brushing tools. At the bristle tips they hold globules made from bonded abrasives. This special construction enables the tools to deburr cross-holes and also to improve adherence of lubricants. Special types with flat pressed wire can be supplied to order.

Technical information The UNIC-L is an electropneumatic driven stripper-crimper. It allows quick and reliable processing of loose insulated Z+F ferrules for cross-sections from 0.5mm2 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 20 – 14) with a crimping length of 8 mm. Insulated Z+F ferrules for tri-rated wires (special size “S“) can also be processed.

Technical data The AM 03 is an electropneumatic, modular stripper-crimper for rapid and reliable processing of loose male and female contacts. The contacts are automatically fed by a feeding bowl. The adjustments of the stripping and crimping depth is motoric. 50 different programs can be stored. Adjustments and programming is done with the touch display. The touch display shows all important data, functions and status. The machines may be adapted to different contacts and wires using the corresponding tools. Technical information The AI 01 E is a stripping machine driven by an electric motor. Exact stripping of different insulated wires up to an outer diameter of 5 mm is possible. Adjustments are very easy to handle with an adjustmend knob. In addition a special funnel to infeed thin wires is also delivered. Special: An integrated battery allows up to 10,000 working cycles when fully charged and without external power supply.
