Special cylinders developed and manufactured according to individual customer requirements, specifications or specifications. Both as a completely custom-made special cylinder or modified inexpensively using standard elements with adjustments in form, function, mount, connection or material.

Due to its high resolution also when measuring long distances, linear displacement measurements up to 900 mm can be carried out. Conversions between rotatory and translation movements through ball screws, wire or cord connections and so on are not necessary for direct displacement measurement. Special processes are applied to give the resistance tracks low friction, low tendency to stick/slip, resistance to abrasion and long-term stability. The rod is guided in a low-play floating frontal bearing. This absorbs small angular and parallel displacements.

The high resolution allows linear measurements to be accurately sized even in large measurement ranges. Conversion of rotatory and translational motion by spindles, wires or others is not necessary for direct displacement measurement. Special processes are applied to give the resistance tracks low friction, low tendency to stick/slip, resistance to abrasion and long-term stability. The vibration-cushioned slider allows a clear signal output even by slight shocks or high operating speeds up to 10 m/s.

Precision resistors are used wherever the highest standards of temperature stability, error tolerance and durability are required. Models 1164 and 1166 are available for higher loads up to 1 W. The resistors are supplied with two connections on the front end (suitable for mounting on circuit boards). The precision resistors comprise low-capacitance, low-inductance wire coils made of MANGANIN®, which are encapsulated in small plastic cylinder housings. Prior to trimming, the resistance bodies are exposed to a meticulous artificial aging procedure. This special process and trimming to approximately half of the nominal tolerance guarantee long-term stability of < 0.02% over the course of years. Endless extruded round belts Our endless extruded round belts are ideal for low power requirements. They are elastic power transmission elements that do not need cost-intensive tensioning devices. In view of the special production process, they do not have any welding seams or terminal connections and run very smoothly. Moreover, they allow a minimum pulley diameter starting from 5.5 x belt diameter. Our types E80, V75, C70 and P82 are made of specially selected and dynamically tough materials. In addition, type E80 also is antistatic to a limited extent and has a resistance value of about 106 Ohm; thus, it is excellent for use in electronic devices and chip production. Depending on production environment conditions, ultrasonic converters are available with protection ratings of IP50, IP65, and IP67. For rotating operation, a series of ultrasonic converters with integrated HF connection for rotary couplers has been developed. What all ultrasonic converters have in common is their central assembly with solid piezoceramic four-disk technology. The rigid decoupling principle allows for axial and transverse forces. Special manufacturing processes ensure extremely long service life at constant output amplitude.

The Protherm 50 is used for calculating and controlling residual oxygen, partial pressures of oxygen, temperature, nitriding depth or the carbon potential. An oxygen probe, a Lambda probe or a CO2 analyzer can be attached for taking readings and calculating the parameters.
