Interior brushes are particularly suitable for deburring recesses and holes in O-rings and for cleaning, smoothing and derusting. They are used in conjunction with drilling machines, flexible shafts and machining centres.The particular purposes of tube cleaning brushes are to derust, clean and descale the insides of tubes. They are used for manual processing and in flexible shafts and static machines. Alphahon brushes are elastic, flexible brushing tools. At the bristle tips they hold globules made from bonded abrasives. This special construction enables the tools to deburr cross-holes and also to improve adherence of lubricants. Special types with flat pressed wire can be supplied to order.

With its flat construction this force sensor is specially designed to be fitted to a pedal. By this, the operator's forces for each respective action, for example brake tests, can be measured directly and the reaction of the vehicle or machine can be designated. This applies to real test drives, as well as in driving simulators. Due to the special construction of the membrane, it is irrelevant whether an upright or hanging pedal is concerned. The sensor is designed in a way that unavoidable lateral forces have as little impact on the measurement result as possible. Using a central internal thread on the control surface, various machine-related adaptor parts can be easily mounted. Because the pedal is convex-shaped on its surface, the pedal force sensor has a very rigid base plate and therefore can easily be applied to various geometrics. The mounting can even take place on a pedal with an elastomer covering.

The ultraprecision turning machine (UP-Turning machine) MTC 650 is currently our largest series machine. Our customers can machine workpieces up to 200 kg in UP quality. The travelling distances are 400 mm in the Z-axis and 650 mm in the X-axis. Workpieces with a diameter of up to 800 mm in diameter (optionally 1000 mm) can be machined. The extended X travel offers more space for additional accessories, further tool holders or special bodies/ constructions. The MTC 6500 is based on a T-shaped natural granite bed. X- and Z-axis slides, as well as the housing of the main spindle are made of granite too. Both slides and the optional B-axis use hydrostatic (oil) bearings. The main spindle features an air bearing and is mounted to the X-slide. Different vacuum chucks for workpieces of up to 800 mm (31.5’’) in diameter are available.

Special designs are realized by combination of up to 80% of standardized sub-assemblies. This avoids high-cost special construction. The use of reliable components, modules, and devices that are in stock, results in considerable advantage in time. In this way it is possible to realize customer specifications much faster. Cold-drawn heavy-duty rails offer exceptionally high load-bearing capacity and stiffness. In our eShop, you can find partial extensions, full extensions, and over-extensions up to 3000 mm in length and with a load capacity of up to 2400 kg. Cold-drawn heavy-duty telescopic extension rails are suitable for extreme loads and stresses. The precision-machined ball tracks ensure accuracy and provide excellent shock and vibration resistance. Therefore, these telescopic rail models are well-suited for demanding tasks in machinery manufacturing, the military sector, special vehicle construction, and heavy-duty shelving. Due to their extreme strength, these telescopic rails are particularly resistant to lateral forces, making them an excellent choice for dynamic and motorized applications, especially at very large lengths. They can also be used at high temperatures since no plastic parts are used.
