It makes sure that the hydraulic system is constantly bled. Air bubbles in the hydraulic fluid might combust spontaneously under certain conditions (so-called Diesel effect). As a consequence, seals and sealing surfaces can be damaged, causing leakages. Clamping heads are especially susceptible for this phenomenon, as they have only a very small hydraulic volume and are not flushed through at each activation. Air can therefore easily accumulate in the clamping head. This is the reason why the usual initial bleeding at commissioning is often not enough, especially when the line leading to the clamping head points upwards...

The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical products and biotechnology sectors, e.g. for testing raw materials, active ingredients and excipients.

Heating circulation thermostats are specially designed for temperature control of externally attached applications with a small volume. The units are fitted with bath tanks made of stainless steel or polycarbonate. The thermostats have M16x1 pump connections at the rear side as well as a stainless steel bath cover with a filling opening. The rotary gas meters GM4 and GM16 meet the highest demands for reliable and precise reference measurement of smallest quantities up to 0.01 m³/h. They operate according to the direct displacement principle (RPD - rotary positive displacement), in which two counter-rotating pistons convey a fixed volume from the inlet to the outlet of the gas meter with each full revolution. Due to the specially shaped pistons, absolutely pulsation-free operation can be achieved (patent pending). They achieve an excellent measuring accuracy of 0.5 % MW + 0.005 % EW.
