Keiper profiles and cleats Many special, innovative tasks required in the material flow, such as pacing, separating or positioning, can be realized by adding profiles/cleats and entraining elements to the belts. Profiles and entraining elements are made of the same high-quality polyurethane as our timing belts, are mechanically processed as sheets or injection molded. They are available in different blends and degrees of hardness, with glass-fiber reinforcement and in a matching color. The profiles and entraining elements are homogeneously fastened to the belt by welding or glueing. In view of our production methods, the cleats can be formed into any shape.

The lines are equipped for such processes as trimming, recoiling, precision leveling, and cutting-to-length. ANDRITZ Sundwig manufactures cut-to-length lines for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and all types of non-ferrous metals in strip widths from 600 to 3,200 mm and strip thicknesses from 0.1 to 25.0 mm. Our references include steel plants, steel service centers, the automotive industry, and metal processors of various kinds. Individual customer solutions distinguish our innovatively designed, frequently proven, and highly productive lines ANDRITZ METALS cut-to-length lines cut aluminum sheet and strip for industrial applications and for the aeronautical industry to the desired precise dimensions. These lines can process coils and sheets of up to 2,850 mm in width, up to 15 m in length, and at strip thicknesses between 2 and 15 mm.

Our deburring and edge rounding machines type TF enable an optimal Surface Processing up to the perfect surface finish in the dry grinding process. The Deburring & Edge Rounding Machines are available with 3 different passage widths. They have various performance spectrums, which are individually adapted to the modular principle customizable and configurable to customer requirements. Both small and large-area sheet metal parts or workpieces can be processed, regardless of the material. These conveyer machines thus show the best possible flexibility in sheet metal processing.

With its placement prism on wheels, the ASO 760 is ideal for welded seam preparation for straight and large workpieces. Different welding chamfers can be produced through the angle setting from 0 - 60°. The two-disc chamfer with the wonderful and patented 8 cutting turning plate system guarantees long service life, best surface qualities and efficient working. The machine is designed for handling steel, aluminum, copper and plastics. A chamfer width of up to 18mm is possible here. Round materials or tubes starting with an external diameter of 150mm can be chamfered through an optionally available pipe chamfering device. The sturdy chamfering machines are designed for chamfering, edge chamfering and welding seam preparation. The machines can process sheet thicknesses from 2-190mm. The machines generate a very good chamfering quality thanks to the optimized interaction between the cutter head, cutting inserts and minimal quantities of lubrication. In NE metals and steel, a chamfer width up to 30mm is possible. The MMB machines have gradual speed regulation, which is very useful when processing aluminum or stainless steel. The angle adjustment can be set gradually in the range of 30° depending on the machine type and design, for example, 25-55°, 30°-60° or 35-65°. The MMB series is equipped with a feed unit by default. The machines can be extended with roller guide ways or converted into automatic chamfering machines. Depending on the design, the machine table is equipped with ball or heavy-duty rollers.
