Preformed aluminium seals protect the product as well as the environment. They are made of aluminium-plastic compounds that provide an ideal protection against leaks and 100% tamper-proof. They can also be used to seal containers with aggressive chemicals and agro-chemicals. Their recessed shape or cap shape makes them idel for manual processing as they can easily be manually placed on the containers. The Cable Entry Plate KADP is used to insert and seal cables in enclosures, machines and control cabinets. It provides a high flexibility for varios applications. KADP is perfect in tight spaces, as several cables can be inserted into the plate. Due to the ideal placement of the close-fitting insertion points, a high packing density with a protection grade of IP66 is achieved. The installation of the KADP into the enclosure is time-saving, by simply snapping the plate in with a single click. The cables are simply plugged in and the job is done. The "pushout" membrane re-seales almost by itself after removing the cable.

The Zurcon® Scraper ASW has an additional supporting bead on the inner surface which prevents twisting of the scraper in the groove, also preventing impurities from reaching the back of the scraper. The Turcon® Excluder® 2 is a double-acting O-Ring energized scraper that has two functions: a) to scrape contaminants from the retracting piston rod to prevent soiling of the system and b) to hold back the residual oil film on the extending piston rod on the medium side. The O-Ring maintains the pressure while the Excluder® 2 performs the scraper function. Excellent sliding properties and stick-slip free.

A double-acting O-Ring energized piston seal which includes a polyurethane seal ring - suitable for dynamic applications. The Zurcon® Wynseal is a tear and abrasion resistant seal with an especially high sealing effect, aided by the special design of the seal edge profile.

The Turcon® Variseal® M2S is a single acting seal with scraper lip, based on the design of the Variseal® M2, consisting of a U-shaped seal jacket and a corrosion resistant V-spring. The asymmetric seal profile works well even in media with high viscosity and the Turcon® material and V-spring makes it compatible with a wide variety of fluids and chemicals.

A single-acting O-Ring energized piston seal for dynamic applications, the Turcon® Stepseal® 2K provides excellent static and dynamic sealing results. This advanced seal is stick-slip free, suits a wide range of application temperatures and demonstrates excellent abrasion and extrusion resistance. Optimum sealing characteristics are achieved by installing in a tandem arrangement.

A double-acting O-Ring energized seal, the Turcon® AQ Seal® is suitable for sealing between two media such as fluid and gas. It consists of a Turcon® ring and an X-ring or Quad-Ring® inset into the dynamic sealing face. It has excellent sliding properties with no stick-slip effect and can be installed into small spaces.

The double-acting Turcon® AQ Seal® 5 incorporates an elastomer Quad-Ring® and is energized by two O-Rings to improve sealing behavior. It demonstrates excellent results in applications requiring media separation, e.g fluid/fluid or fluid/gas. Works well in higher pressure applications and has a higher sliding speed compared to the AQ Seal®.

Turcon® Glyd Ring® T is a double-acting O-Ring energized piston seal for dynamic applications, available in a range of materials (e.g. Turcon® and Zurcon®). Fully interchangeable with the earlier Glyd Ring® T, it provides very good static leak tightness and good resistance to extrusion, also demonstrating excellent friction characteristics with no stick-slip, minimal break-out force and high wear resistance

The trapezoidal cross-section of the Turcon® Glyd Ring® T provides very good static leak-tightness and the angles of each lip are designed to provide improved leakage control and better resistance to extrusion.

Turcon® Variseal® W2 is a single-acting rod seal consisting of a U-shaped jacket and a corrosion-resistant Slantcoil® spring. The advantage of the seal lies in its low friction and relatively constant preloading force over a large deformation range. Suitable for reciprocating and light duty rotary movement, it is often interchangeable with an O-Ring and Back-up Ring.
