The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical products and biotechnology sectors, e.g. for testing raw materials, active ingredients and excipients.

The sample containers sterile are sterilised by irradiation and correspond to a sterility assurance level Sterile SAL 10-3 (according to ISO 11137) inside. The handy and universally applicable sample jar is easy to fill, smooth-walled and free of undercuts, therefore it can be emptied completely. It is an excellent universal container for all liquid and solid contents. The attached lid of the sample container can be opened with one hand and fixed at a 90° angle. This leaves the other hand free to take samples. Liquid/condensate in the lid runs into a collecting channel integrated in the lid, nothing is lost, nothing can drip off. The sample boxes are closed while hot during production. Due to this process, the sample boxes close absolutely tightly, as the lid and box adapt optimally during the cooling process. The sample container made of PP is highly transparent, the contents of the container can be easily recognised.

To make a sampling procedure reproducible, it should always be carried out under the same conditions. For this purpose, the depth stop for samplers is a helpful accessory. The depth stop can be clamped to any height of the sampler by means of a C-clamping screw. This ensures that the sampler penetrates to the same desired depth each time it is pierced. The penetration depth is thus fixed and can be precisely recorded, e.g. in a test report or sampling instructions. In addition, the depth stop can prevent accidental puncturing during sampling. The depth stop for samplers is useful in all areas where the sampling parameters must be precisely determined and defined, e.g. in the outgoing and incoming goods inspection of bulk materials that can segregate. Simply attach the depth stop for samplers to a sampling tube with Ø 25 or 50 mm and tighten with an Allen key (5 mm).

With Novartos Multi triple sampling, a triple multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the length, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with three sample inserts fot the triple sampling.

With Novartos Multi double sampling, a double multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the lenght, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with two sample inserts for the double sampling.

Novartos Uno sampler with two or three sample chambers, for one sample zone. Novartos the Pharma zone sampler for sampling according to FDA guidelines for Unit-Dose-Sampling. It is now possible to withdraw a double- or triple-sample without inserting the lance repeatedly into the bulk material. Mixing is mainly prevented in this way. One significant advantage of Novartos is the easy cleaning. Complete filling and emptying of sample chambers has been improved substantially using computer-optimised geometry. There are no crevices or dead spaces where sampling residues can collect.

The core sampler can be used to take samples of bulk materials which can easily become stuck or settle during sampling due to their particle form. In comparison to standard all-layer samplers for bulk materials, the two-part core sampler has no gap dimensions in which the medium can become stuck while it is being removed. This makes it possible to take a proper sample of powders and granulates through multiple layers, for example glass balls or metal powders. Depending on the size, the stainless steel sampler can be used for a wide range of different containers, for example big bags or small containers. The bulk material sampler takes a representative core sample and is ideal for use in various laboratory and industrial applications.

The SteriPlast® sample scoop made of polystyrene is produced and assembled in our clean room of class 7 (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilised by gamma rays. The sample scoop is ideal for powders, granulates and pastes. The scoop with transparent cover can be closed immediately after sampling and the sterility and exclusion of contamination can therefore be safeguarded. Ergonomics were particularly important to us for the design of the sample scoop. The scoop stands horizontally due to the special handle design and the slightly angled front edge and can therefore be put down without the sample material trickling out. – White, white bio, blue or blue detectable – Disposable, optionally sterilised

The scoop stands horizontally due to the special handle design and the slightly angled front edge and can therefore be put down without the sample material trickling out.

The SteriPlast® sample spoon made of polystyrene is produced in our clean room of class 7 (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilised by gamma rays. The sample spoon is available in two sizes, 2.5 ml (similar to a teaspoon) and 10 ml (similar to a tablespoon), and is ideal for sampling powders, granulates and fluids.

The sampling set SteriPlast® Kit consists of ten sample spatulas or ten sample scoops and ten SteriBag Premium tamper-proof sample bags. Thus the SteriPlast® Kit is the ideal combination for sampling where purity and sterility is essential. All parts are sterilised by gamma rays and suitable for use with foodstuffs. The scoops or spatulas are clean room manufactured and individually packed. The sample bag SteriBag Premium has an integrated sealing and is liquid-tight. A unique tracking code on both the bag and the tear-off field guarantees complete documentation and traceability. The spoon with curved spoon bowl is suitable for a wide range of different media including powders, granulates, pastes and liquids. The angled spoon shape is also good for reaching into the corners of a container. The long handle of the plastic spoon makes it possible to empty residue from large containers easily and can also reach into places that are hard to reach such as jerrycans with narrow necks. With the EASYPRO, you get a customised system for monitoring and controlling the water parameters in your swimming pool. The TOPAX® MC multi-channel controller continuously measures the water parameters and keeps them within the target range. It controls numerous actuators and control elements and is simple and intuitive to operate. Multi-coloured LEDs provide a visual warning if the water parameters are outside the target range. . With the EASYPRO CS, you get a configurable system. This customised solution is ideal for industrial applications and saves costs as only the required components are installed. The design of the base plate allows the CS120 to be used in combination with up to three other measured variables in the water. The integrated TOPAX® MC multi-channel controller continuously measures the water parameters and keeps them within the target range. The SiloPicker is ideal for taking bulk goods samples from silos. Using the extension rods, samples can be taken from depths down to 3.5 m. The insertion depth depends on the density of the bulk goods.

The all-layer drill is a special zone collector specifically designed for heavily compacted substances. Often it is very difficult or impossible with conventional zone collectors to penetrate media of this type and take a sample extending through all layers. By contrast, the drilling blades of the all-layer drill burrow easily and quickly to the required depth without expending any great force. This makes it easy to take samples of media, even those with high density, and every type of highly compacted powders and granulates. The all-layer drill thus allows you to take a representative sample through all the layers, even with greatly compressed media.It is ideal for larger containers, mixed containers, big bags, etc. in the building materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and luxury items industries.

Transportable, hose pump for liquids, independent of mains power. Ideal for sampling from barrels, tanks, wells, water separators and sewage and purification systems. Vampire is packed in a handy transport case with: drive unit, two rechargeable batteries, battery charger, LED lamp, bottle holder, bottle LDPE 250 ml, hose pump and 5 m hose made of PE.

When sampling bulk goods with a high specific weight, conventional scoops subject the user‘s wrist to great stress. EasyScoop with its centrally arranged inner grip is ergonomically designed and ensures easy and safe work. As EasyScoop is considerably shorter than conventional scoops, it is easier to take samples from narrow containers.

The stainless steel scoop can be used for taking samples of powders, granulates and pastes. Made of stainless steel V2A (1.4301), the material is sterilisable and autoclavable. The rustproof stainless steel scoop has a smooth, high-gloss polished surface and is food-safe.The tubular shape makes it easy to immerse the scoop in the medium being sampled. The high sides prevent the sample from trickling out. The round handle offers a good grip. The sturdy scoop is ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, animal feed and food applications.

The scratcher is a special sampler for powders and granules that do not flow freely. The sample is transferred to the closable inner tube using a scraper. Sliding PTFE separators are used to divide the inner tube into different zones. The separators also prevent the sample from being mixed.

All parts coming into contact with the sample medium are made of pure white PTFE. Completely inert against all substances (with the exception of elementary fluoride). The rod is stabilised with a steel core which is completely encapsulated in PTFE. The 60 cm long rod can be extended to 120 cm by adding another component. The scoop PTFE with 10 ml has a strong rod with a length of 155 mm.

Pendulum cup made of stainless steel V2A (1.4301) with extra-long, closed handle. The sample cup has no openings or undercuts up to an immersion depth of approx. 500 mm. The closed design of the shaft makes the scoop cup particularly suitable for sampling well water, sludge, waste water, liquid manure or similar. The sampler is particularly suitable for taking samples from basins, tanks, shafts, open bodies of water, etc. With the length-adjustable telescopic aluminium rods, sampling depths of up to 6 m can be achieved. The TeleSchöpfer telescopic rod with tools is a versatile sampling system. The interchangeable tools (angle cup, pendulum cup, bottle holder, stainless steel cup and landing net) are suitable for a wide range of applications. The tools are firmly connected to the telescopic rod by a practical snap connection.

The SteriPlast® spatula for foodstuffs, made of polystyrene, is produced and assembled in our class 7 clean room (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilised by gamma rays. As a result of the long, ergonomically-shaped, stable handle and a sharp blade, it is possible to even penetrate directly into containers such as paper or plastic sacks. The spatula for foodstuffs is ideal for sampling powders, granulates and pastes. The shade of blue that is used does not occur in a natural form in foodstuffs. Because of this, blue products or parts of them can be quickly found and easily identified in a visual check if they are ever mixed into production. The use of blue tools thus helps to meet the requirements of the HACCP hazard analysis and assessment in reference to foreign objects. This is an important criterion, especially in food processing and production and in the animal feed and pharmaceutical industry.

If bulk goods are transported over long distances (in trucks, railway goods wagons), separation may occur. Taking the sample just from the surface therefore leads to the wrong result. Representative samples from all layers of the silo can be taken with the SiloDrill. The SiloDrill fits through all standard openings with its diameter of 90 mm.
