The sample drill for stalk material is a sampler especially for hay, silage, straw, herbs, bushes or other stalky plant dry material where other drills quickly get tangled. The special geometry of the drill tip cuts effectively and quickly into different stalky materials. The hay and silage sample drill takes samples quickly, cleanly and easily from a silo or bale. To make a sampling procedure reproducible, it should always be carried out under the same conditions. For this purpose, the depth stop for samplers is a helpful accessory. The depth stop can be clamped to any height of the sampler by means of a C-clamping screw. This ensures that the sampler penetrates to the same desired depth each time it is pierced. The penetration depth is thus fixed and can be precisely recorded, e.g. in a test report or sampling instructions. In addition, the depth stop can prevent accidental puncturing during sampling. The depth stop for samplers is useful in all areas where the sampling parameters must be precisely determined and defined, e.g. in the outgoing and incoming goods inspection of bulk materials that can segregate. Simply attach the depth stop for samplers to a sampling tube with Ø 25 or 50 mm and tighten with an Allen key (5 mm).

The core sampler can be used to take samples of bulk materials which can easily become stuck or settle during sampling due to their particle form. In comparison to standard all-layer samplers for bulk materials, the two-part core sampler has no gap dimensions in which the medium can become stuck while it is being removed. This makes it possible to take a proper sample of powders and granulates through multiple layers, for example glass balls or metal powders. Depending on the size, the stainless steel sampler can be used for a wide range of different containers, for example big bags or small containers. The bulk material sampler takes a representative core sample and is ideal for use in various laboratory and industrial applications.

All parts coming into contact with the sample medium are made of pure white PTFE. Completely inert against all substances (with the exception of elementary fluoride). The rod is stabilised with a steel core which is completely encapsulated in PTFE. The 60 cm long rod can be extended to 120 cm by adding another component. The scoop PTFE with 10 ml has a strong rod with a length of 155 mm.

The rustproof stainless steel scoop has a smooth, high-gloss polished surface and is food-safe.The tubular shape makes it easy to immerse the scoop in the medium being sampled. The high sides prevent the sample from trickling out. The round handle offers a good grip. The sturdy scoop is ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, animal feed and food applications.

Meat sampler for taking bacteriological samples from the surfaces of dead animals in slaughterhouses and in butchers‘ shops (cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and horses). The BeefSteaker is used to cut out a 25 mm round sample from the animal‘s skin. The stainless steel AISI 420 cutter allows the sample to be cut out easily. The BeefSteaker can also be used for other sampling purposes (histology, medicine, food and semi-luxury articles, cheese factories, agriculture). The BeefSteaker can be steam-sterilised or flamed. A hole in the crown prevents air compression and is used for ejecting the sample.

With Novartos Multi double sampling, a double multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the lenght, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with two sample inserts for the double sampling.

Universal powder and granules sampler made of stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404). Developed initially for milk powder samples, conforms to standards of DIN and IDF (International Dairy Federation). The collector is inserted into bags or casks and the sample is removed using a semi-circular profile lance.

It is possible to take multiple samples from bulk goods with this sampler quickly and easily. Emptying has been greatly simplified and in this model takes place via the tip. The advantage: The sample can be emptied directly into the sample container without having to disassemble the EasySampler, in order to obtain a mixed sample for instance. The bulk material must be free-flowing or self-flowing.

The scratcher is a special sampler for powders and granules that do not flow freely. The sample is transferred to the closable inner tube using a scraper. Sliding PTFE separators are used to divide the inner tube into different zones. The separators also prevent the sample from being mixed.

The capacity is embossed into the spoon handle. Available as a set with 8 volumetric spoons or separate in bags of 100 volumetric spoons.
