The professional filling system FSL-PRO M for companies where to-the-gram weighing and safe packaging even of flammable, foaming or corrosive liquids as well as gentle dosing are of importance. This semi-automatic machine reliably fills your already palletized containers. With a multi-interval scale you also achieve exact weighing results for large measuring ranges. The professional filling system FSL-PRO M is specifically designed for companies filling large quantities. Canisters, pails and drums are equally suitable. For easy handling, the containers are filled and weighed while standing on a pallet. The FSL-PRO M with optional additive tare allows filling of all containers with a uniform small interval from the first to the last container.

Sleever wrappers operate with an upper and a lower film and are ideal in quickly providing heavy, large products with a safe protective packaging and/or transit packaging. Our robust sleeve wrappers are perfectly accessible from both sides. The lateral film unwinding units enable a quick and user-friendly roll change. As the product's sides remain open, film use is minimised. As an option, the BP 800 features an ultrasonic height detection system, enabling Hugo Beck's flexible banderoling machines to wrap products with a width of up to 800 mm and a height of up to 400 mm in film. In addition to our standard sleeve wrappers, special banderoling machines for special applications such as the stretch-banding of carton blanks are also part of the Hugo Beck portfolio.

Spring-loaded castors improve the service life of castors by reducing the amount of shock and impact load. They also protect sensitive and valuable goods by absorbing shock and impacts. Spring-loaded castors ensure that loads are distributed more evenly and reduce noise levels during transportation. The Blickle range includes four different spring-loaded brackets with a steel or polyurethane spring.

Uncontrolled electrostatic discharges when handling highly flammable or explosive media often cause personal injuries and damage to equipment. With smaller containers such as drums, buckets and canisters, the risk of electrostatic sparks is often underestimated. For these simple, but no less dangerous processes, Eltex has developed the TERRALIGHT battery-operated ground monitoring system. The TERRALIGHT grounding system shows the user that a correct dissipative ground connection is present and thus ensures a high level of safety when handling highly flammable media. Mobile ground monitoring, e.g. on mobile suction/pumping stations or containers, is also possible. For a safe ground contact, the contactor/clamp is important as an interface between the grounding device and the object to be grounded. For the TERRALIGHT we offer the TERRACLAMP with built-in grounding indicator. The user can see directly on the clamp if the grounding has been done correctly

The pressure transmitter is particularly suitable for measuring volume flow of town gas supplies or other gaseous hydrocarbons such as butane, methane etc. in industrial furnaces or combustion plants. The instrument does not generate any ATEX zone as its design and technical safeguards mean it poses no ignition hazard. The measuring range is scalable in the range from 10 .. 100 %. This can be performed using a keyboard and display (optional). The measured values can be displayed in all standard units. A selectable time constant allows the transducer to be adjusted perfectly to the pressure conditions and thus ensures a stable output signal. The P 29 can be mounted either on a wall or on top-hat rails.

High-performance drives are introducing completely new requirements for brake technology. On the one hand, the motor speeds and drive torques are constantly increasing. The spring-applied brakes which are ideally suited for robotics is designed for robotics solutions and loads of up to appr. 20 kg, but it can also be used in other applications requiring small geometrical dimensions. With regard to their power density the slim single-disc brakes are flatter and lighter than the market standard, and due to their large inner diameter they are well suited for hollow-shaft drives. This makes them perfect for applications in lightweight robots with integrated drives. There is a growing demand for safety technology in order to avoid injuries by collisions, especially if the control technology or even the power supply fails. In this case electromagnetic brakes are usually the method of choice. As safety brakes they bring moving masses to a stop, keep loads in position and therefore prevent humans and material assets from being affected.

The TT Pro slab shuttering system from RATEC makes shuttering and demoulding of TT ceiling elements as easy as it gets. The system reduces the setup and retooling time by more than 5%. No crane is needed. When combined with the SPB 900 and the clamping adapter for the top header as well as the EURO RTM 900 for side shuttering, no welding is necessary, which reduces the setup time even further.
