LIPP® Tank Refurbishing Quantities change and existing tanks become too small – these are also problems that frequently arise. In such cases, the mobile machine technology from Lipp using the LIPP® DoubleSeam System or the LIPP® welding technique offers a solution that is as simple as it is costeffective, while being extraordinarily stable. Tanks can be installed on site in any size required and can be placed in an existing steel or reinforced concrete basin using a mobile crane. The existing tank volume is utilised, eliminating the need for expensive demolition work. There is also a range of materials to choose from for the tank itself so that it can be optimally matched to the intended application. VERINOX®, the combination material developed by LIPP® consisting of galvanised steel (for the outside of steel containers) and stainless steel (for the inside of containers), is characterised in particular by the excellent costbenefit ratio that it offers.

The irradiation chamber BS-02 is compact, robust equipment for the time- or dose-controlled irradiation of samples with UV radiation. The chamber can be fully equipped for one of the spectral regions UV-C, UV-B, or UV-A to achieve the highest irradiance. Alternately, the use of two separately controlled lamp groups for different spectral regions allows for especially flexible operation of the chamber. With interchangeable lamps, the BS-02 is really flexible. No tools are required for lamp replacement. The interior irradiation chamber has a base area of 49 x 32 cm² and a height of 23 cm. The sample chamber operating temperature is about 25°C - 30°C so that thermal damage to the specimen is avoided. Due to the high uniformity of the irradiation, the samples may be positioned in any order. For the BS-02 we offer two irradiation controllers, the UV-MAT and the UV-MAT Touch.

Often goods are secured in cartons with polystyrene or packaging chips against damage in transit, although it could be protected with air cushions. Styrofoam crumbles and is difficult to dispose of. In addition, it must be placed at the packing station in advance and takes up a lot of warehouse space. Air cushions are inflated with our air cushion machines at the packing station and are packed according to your individual demand.

Low profile angle head allows greater accessibility. Spindle lock button makes replacement of grinding wheels quick and easy.
