fluid 020 is silicone- and solvent-free release agent. It can be used for all types of plastics (even TPEs) and all kinds of processing. A post treatment of moulded parts with fluid 020 is possible. The maximum operating temperature of fluid 020 is 180°C.

fluid 040 is an NSF- M1 registred, silicone- and solvent-free, release agent. The M1 classification is the highest approval by NSF for release agents, similar to H1 for lubricants and anti-corrosives. fluid 040 can be used for all types of thermoplastic and thermoset casting resins, but especially for plastics which are sensitive to tension cracks. The maximum operating temperature of fluid 040 is 170°C.

FT- 300 is a silicone-free dry release agent based on PTFE. It can be used for all types of plastics an all kinds of processing (even sintering). The maximum operating temperature of FT- 300 is 230°C.

PC Extra is a silicone-free dry release agent. It can be used for all types of thermoplastic, but especially for PC and other plastics which are sensitive to tension cracks. A post treatment of moulded parts with fluid 020 is possible. It prevents adhesive bonding between parts made of polyamide. The maximum operating temperature of PC Extra is 250°C.

Treil Part 310 is a semi-permanent release agent in the field of thermoset processing, which allows multiple demoldings. It can be used for all types of resin and all kinds of processing, but especially for molds with highly porous surfaces. The operating temperature range of Treil Part 310 is between room-temperature and +475°C. Processed correctly, Treil Part 310 will leave a high gloss surface.

Spacewax 300 is a release agent in the field of thermoset processing. It can be used for castable or spreadable polyester-, epoxy- and DCPD- resins. The operating temperature range of Spacewax 300 is between room-temperature and +140°C. Processed correctly, Spacewax 300 will leave a high gloss surface.

Treil Part 778 B is a release agent in the field of concrete and polymer concrete processing. Treil Part 778 B is very durable and allows multiple demoldings, even if very abrasive reinforcement materials and molds with porous surfaces are used.

Aqua Release 1026 is a water-based release agent in the field of polymer concrete processing. Aqua Release 1026 is very durable and allows multiple demoldings, even if very abrasive reinforcement materials and molds with porous surfaces are used.

JC 640 is a release agent to pre-treat metal- and resin-molds in the field of polyurethane foam processing.

The operating temperature range of Spacewax Sealer is between room-temperature and +200°C. Processed correctly, Spacewax Sealer will leave a high gloss surface.

Aqua Release 470 is a water-based, semi-permanent release agent and mold sealer in the field of thermoset processing, but especially for molds with highly porous surfaces. It can be used for castable or spreadable polyester-, epoxy-, phenolic and DCPD- resins. The operating temperature range of Aqua Release 470 is between room-temperature and +150°C.

The fully spray valve has been specifically developed for pin point and linear application of oils, release agents and other low-viscosity media; it maintains its precision at certain distances between the nozzle and the application object. The spit nozzle SD 17 is particularly suitable for precision lubrication tasks of components and tools; it can also be setup for higher viscosities via an optionally selectable heating unit.
