Keiper profiles and cleats Many special, innovative tasks required in the material flow, such as pacing, separating or positioning, can be realized by adding profiles/cleats and entraining elements to the belts. Profiles and entraining elements are made of the same high-quality polyurethane as our timing belts, are mechanically processed as sheets or injection molded. They are available in different blends and degrees of hardness, with glass-fiber reinforcement and in a matching color. The profiles and entraining elements are homogeneously fastened to the belt by welding or glueing. In view of our production methods, the cleats can be formed into any shape.

Keiper self-guiding PU track timing belts are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords or aramid cords and produced in open lengths. The V-guide is either integrated in the timing belt during production or welded into the belt later. These timing belts exhibit the same properties as standard timing belts. In addition, axial movements are prevented. Keiper self-guiding PU track timing belts are available as endlessly welded belts and cut goods, in almost any length and width. EISELE has launched the PSU 450 that is versatile and simple when it comes to handling. For its flexibility, the automatic mitre adjustment and feed gripper are made. It can be paired with infeed magazines and disposal machine due to its structure. This product is robust and durable. Its standard sawblade is 450 mm long. he solid machine base ensures a vibration-dampened and low-noise sawing process. This achieves excellent cutting performance as well as high saw blade life.

Universal, precise and fast - these are the performance features of the PSU 450 H semi-automatic mitre saw for cutting metals. Designed for cutting profiles, pipes and solid material in metal and comparable materials, this machine is specifically designed to address the needs of locksmiths and metalworking shops. The mitre setting is equipped with convenient fixed stops at 90°, 45° and 30°. The 450 mm diameter saw blade used offers a wide cutting range - also for mitre cuts. The heart of the PSU mitre saw unit is the worm gear unit with EISELE shock-absorbing feature, produced in-house.
