We produce blanks from plastic in line with your specifications. Upon your request, we also process pellets specified and also provided by you in our injection molding department. We keep a wide range of common plastic grades in stock, which we process into test specimens of various sizes according to your specifications. On request we also procure special materials and process these in line with your specific requirements. Dispensing tool for industrial applications based on Meto ProLine. Perfectly suitable for processing of plastic labels (PP and PE) with special adhesive for difficult substrates like styrofoam. Label sizes 26 x 30 mm “roof shape” and 26 mm round. We recommend transparent PP labels and/or white PE labels with super permanent adhesive, but removable same time.

KIRSCH Kunststofftechnik has specialised in lasering transparent or coloured plastics like acrylic glass, up to a maximum thickness of 20 mm. The advantage when cutting is a shiny edge which does not need to be polished afterwards. We are offering a variable processing size up to 2000 x 1500 mm. Following individual arrangements we are also able to process other plastics. Our laser can be programmed using common files, making your ideas and wishes nearly limitless.

KIRSCH Kunststofftechnik specialises in (re)shaping transparent plastics with high optical quality. In our 4 different forming-furnaces we can process panels and components up to 3000 x 2000 mm of size. Special filtration technology, cleanness and experience contribute to form the transparent panels without dust inclusions. Our furnaces are equipped with modern controls to target individually required heating and cooling curves for each plastic. Thus, we can achieve not only an exact temperature during forming, but also control the cooling process accordingly to accomplish a nearly distortionless plastic. We can process plastics two-dimensional, as well as three-dimensional.

Cleaner ES dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, waxes, polymer residues, resins, colorbatches, flame-retardants, etc. Cleaner ES dissolves cyanoacrylate, label- and anaerobic-adhesives. Cleaner ES is well-suited to pre-treat gasket- and adhesive-joints.

FT- 300 is a silicone-free dry release agent based on PTFE. It can be used for all types of plastics an all kinds of processing (even sintering). The maximum operating temperature of FT- 300 is 230°C.

fluid 020 is silicone- and solvent-free release agent. It can be used for all types of plastics (even TPEs) and all kinds of processing. A post treatment of moulded parts with fluid 020 is possible. The maximum operating temperature of fluid 020 is 180°C.

A cost-effective process for activating plastic and elastomer surfaces is treatment with the APC500. Using air as the process gas, large surfaces can be activated under atmospheric pressure. An arc is ignited between two electrodes in an inhomogeneous field. The voltage is about 10,000 V. In the discharge zone, the air flowing through is ionised. The plasma is blown out of the electrode area by the air flow. The substrate can now be treated in the emerging corona. A strip several centimetres wide is treated in the corona. With several parallel plasma generators it is possible to treat surfaces. Due to dangerous voltage potential, PlasmaAPC 500 is only suitable for non-conductive materials. PlasmaAPC 500 is suitable as a pre-treatment unit for the following processes: Bonding, printing, painting. The following surfaces can be treated with PlasmaAPC 500: Plastics, rubber, ceramics, glass.

The HIT series offers pendulum impact testers for plastics. They are specifically designed for manufacturing and processing plastics. Designed with an accurate and reliable structure, these instruments are configured in the right range according to standards of use. They make use of carbon double rods for the pendulum and are capable of providing maximum stiffness in the impact direction. These pendulum impact testers deliver optimum concentration of masses at a specific point of impact. A single pendulum is integrated with a fast-change device therefor allowing faster, zero-tool pendulum changes. The HIT series are characterized by their easy to operate system and ergonomically built controls.
