Made of nickel-plated brass and plastic

Screen printing allows the imprint of various plastic types. We are mainly specialised in transparent plastics. Flat-plates can be imprinted and reshaped in a following process if required. On our modern semiautomatics we can imprint sizes up to 1500 x 1000 mm, which are especially used for large series. Components up to 3000 x 1500 mm can be imprinted on our large screen printing table. The screen printing area is placed in a seperate hall in order to guarantee highest cleanness. In addition to the mentioned standards we are offering specialised knowledge, accuracy and precision.

Vacuum lifting devices standard are for the horizontal handling of plates. Transportation auf sheet metal, plastic plates, covered wooden plates or glass panes up to 2000 kg. Loading and unloading of machine tools. All AERO-LIFT vacuum lifing devices are build according the actually safety regulations EN13155.
