The magnet assembly can be clipped into the groove. It is freely movable or can be fixed by a threaded pin. The magnetic core is protected by a plastic cover and has a large magnet area in the groove. The magnetic system is lying nearly plan and has a closed, smooth adhesive surface which avoids scratches on the surface and the concentration of metal shavings. The RESISTOMAT® model 2320 is a universally applicable and easy to operate measurement device for low-ohmic resistances. The light and handy device in a stable IP54 plastic housing with membrane keypad is likewise suitable for use in service, laboratory or on the production floor. The power supply is done via built-in rechargeable battery packs or by standard batteries. If need be, the temperature of samples can be measured and the sample resistance is subsequently compensated to fit the value at 20°C. This applies for samples with resistances depending on the sample’s temperature. The temperature coefficients for copper and aluminium are included as standard. A third and fourth coefficient may be set individually for any given material to be measured. The compressed air diaphragm pumps in solid construction made of polyethylene can be used for abrasive, viscous and shear sensitive media. Air operated diaphragm pumps made of metal The metal pumps have a pump housing made of aluminum, cast iron or stainless steel. All pumps are available with composite membranes made of PTFE, EPDM or NBR. The material of the valves and seals is coordinated according to the choice of membrane.

Precision resistors are used wherever the highest standards of temperature stability, error tolerance and durability are required. Models 1164 and 1166 are available for higher loads up to 1 W. The resistors are supplied with two connections on the front end (suitable for mounting on circuit boards). The precision resistors comprise low-capacitance, low-inductance wire coils made of MANGANIN®, which are encapsulated in small plastic cylinder housings. Prior to trimming, the resistance bodies are exposed to a meticulous artificial aging procedure. This special process and trimming to approximately half of the nominal tolerance guarantee long-term stability of < 0.02% over the course of years.
