The standard version is universally usable, but in special cases the light version can offer additional advantages.The light version is suitable for tight installation conditions and is also easier to fit in nonsplit grooves.This version reduces the friction. The low compression reserve with a negative effect on large tolerances must be considered.

By a highly intensive cooling, which is integrated in the crank casing a continous running at max 10 bar is ensured. In comparison with other compressed air compressors the big filter surface of the suction filter with 10 µ guarantees a long lifetime and an optimal suction behaviour. The stopper cylinders are developed to stop or block moving parts, e.g. in an assembly line. The large dimensioned piston rod also allows use as a stand-by stop device.

The rod lock BS is a mechanical device for securely locking the piston rod in any position in the event of a pressure drop. For cylinders with a design according to ISO 15552 and 6432 VDMA.

The CZ series cylinders are manufactured according to ISO 15552 and have diameters between 32 and 125 mm. Standard version in single / double-acting, with magnetic piston and adjustable cushioning. Design of the housing in the form of a groove should be avoided if possible. If this is not feasible, good housing and seal cleanability must be guaranteed. The hygienic design requirements can be met by having a particularly large groove base radius, avoiding notches and having a split housing. For WIP/WOP cleaning it is important to be able to remove and replace the seal without damaging it. Given a suitable machine design, cleaning in place is also possible.

For SIP (Sterilization In Place), the MANOY® AS dosing piston is fed into the washing hole, which must be designed so that the piston has sufficient expansion capacity during SIP at +140°C to avoid damaging its functionality and shortening its life. After the cleaning process the MANOY® AS dosing piston may only be moved into the dosing hole when a temperature close to the operating temperature (operating temperature +20 °C), and not to exceed +80°C, has been reached. A feed cone into the dosing hole of 10° max. and rounded edges are essential.

Piston valves for petrol or oil lines. The valves prevent the line from draining after the pump has been switched off. This type of valve is only used in applications above 5 bar. The opening pressure is set to the corresponding counter pressure.

The MANOY® U‑Cup is a pressureactivated sealing system. This means that the total sealing force is only ever as high as required to seal the prevailing pressure. These sliding rings are the solution for designs which only allow room for a small or low housing. They are ideal for retrofitting into existing O‑ring grooves

PumpMaster, canister and barrel pump for petrochemical liquids. The manual pressure pump is ideally suited for drawing off, decanting and emptying canisters and barrels. The hand pump is used to create excess pressure that forces the liquid out of the container. The stopcock also allows extraction of small quantities of liquid. The PumpMaster container pump is mounted on the container using a flexible stopper with a variable and adjustable diameter. No special thread adapters are required. PumpMaster fits all commercial container openings with a diameter from 46.5 mm to 60 mm. The immersion tube has a length of 95 cm and it can be shortened depending on the size of the container.

The tandem configuration of type 114 allows static pressure maintenance in the critical unpressurized range and at low pressure. The security of this function is guaranteed by use of the IDG materials U95, U96 or U99 on the low pressure or atmospheric side.

Single-acting pneumatic cylinder with two parallel working piston rods made of brass, nickel-plated or stainless steel.

Piston diaphragm dosing pumps are particularly precise and pressure-independent dosing devices. The dosing quantity changes proportionally to the stroke length and can be set reproducibly down to the smallest quantities. For this reason, twin and multiple piston pumps are particularly suitable for precise mixing tasks in which a constant ratio of different media, which can be set as required, must be metered. The total quantity can be infinitely varied from 5% to 100% at a constant ratio using externally adjustable drive motors. Heated heads allow the dosing of cold, rigid media. An optional flushing lantern can be used to prevent harmful leaks and to protect the packings and pistons against abrasive substances.

The GEMÜ 550 2/2-way angle seat globe valve has a low maintenance stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated.
