Piston valves for petrol or oil lines. The valves prevent the line from draining after the pump has been switched off. This type of valve is only used in applications above 5 bar. The opening pressure is set to the corresponding counter pressure.

The X‑ring is a continuous, seamless vulcanized ring with a special profile which is derived from four O‑rings arranged in a square crosssection.The particular advantage of the X‑ring is that it cannot roll or twist. The squeeze required to maintain an effective seal is also relatively low.The X‑ring is used in mechanical and automotive engineering, preferably as a static radial or static axial seal. Other applications are for linear or rotary motion of plungers, pistons, tappets, dampers and valve, bearing and piston rods, etc.

The GEMÜ C60 CleanStar ultra pure 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a plastic piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. A stroke limiter and an optical position indicator are integrated as standard. The GEMÜ 660 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve was designed for dosing and filling a wide range of products. All metallic actuator components are made of stainless steel. Normally closed (NC), Normally open (NO) and Double acting (DA) control functions are available. The GEMÜ 532 2/2-way globe valve has a rugged low maintenance aluminium piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. A wiper ring fitted in front of the gland packing protects the seal against contamination and damage.
