Reaching concentricity 0 using a simple collet chuck and this within one minute: this is Zero-Zero. The specifically designed clamping nut with 6 symmetrically arranged screws at the circumference makes this step possible. The clamping nut is split, so that the inner ring can be minimally shifted. This simple technical finesse allows to eliminate tolerance additions. The machine operator only has to replace the previous clamping nut, which step opens up a new concentricity dimension – and this for a price starting at € 90.00. Each mitring position can be set with ease and accuracy within a range of 45°-90°-45-30°. The upper part of the sawing machine is swivelled into mitring position, lefthand up to 45°-righthand up to 30°. The jaw is moved easily from left to right. The material remains in its position. hardened and ground gear wheels and wormgears are the assurances for the longevity combined with highly reduced vibration adding to the sawblade lifetime.

TYP C 068 Cutting, stamping and bending device for radial components Description The Streckfuss machine Type C 068 is designed to process power transistors of types TO 18, TO 92, TO 126, TO 127 and TO 220 with 3 or more radial leads. Also different components (e.g. LED's) can be processed, which fit into the supply- shaft of the machine. The operation of the machine is restricted on filling up the exchangeable feed magazine with components to be processed. After the processing action the components are then desposited into a second tube for collection. The tools are equipped with strain relief- valves to eliminate stress to the component body, when the leads are bend and cut. The SMA 20-A series is available in an electrical or compressed-air operated design. The machine is designed for handling steel, aluminum, copper and plastics. A chamfer width of up to 7 mm is possible in NE metals and a chamfer width of up to 4mm in steel. In addition to this, a radius processing of 1.2mm and 2.5mm is feasible. The stunning and patented 8 or 16 cutting turning plate system guarantees long service life, best surface qualities and efficient working. The processing of drill holes is already possible starting at a diameter of >20mm.

The deburring grinding machine is a manually operated, user-friendly deburring machine that is suitable for various machining processes such as grinding, deburring, edge rounding and polishing of metal surfaces. The swivel arm can rotate 180° and enables the simultaneous mounting of two machining discs. The machine is equipped with a vacuum system that fixes the workpiece on the table.
