This is where special tanks and silos which can be adjusted to suit prevailing conditions and provide individual solutions are required. The LIPP System offers a variety of possible solutions to a wide range of problems in the form of welded or folded designs. Steplessly adjustable diameters and heights enable tank dimensions to be individually adapted to the prevailing conditions. In addition, on site installation only requires a minimal amount of space, for example enabling containers to be constructed in buildings or other situations where there is limited space available. The smooth internal walls of the LIPP Digesters (largely without any internal attachments) ensure gentle, uniform mixing while keeping energy consumption low. The external heating system guarantees uniform temperature distribution in the digester. These mechanical and thermodynamic benefits with LIPP digesters mean short retention times.

FOR VARIOUS INDUSTRIES AND A VARIETY OF APPLICATIONS LIPP bulk silos are being used from a variety of industries and companies for different applications. Since decades, LIPP silos are used for the storage of grain in flower mills or as storage for animal feed in the agricultural sector. Also the furniture and wood industry is using LIPP silos to store wood chips or saw dust. ADVANTAGES OF LIPP BULK STORAGE A growing application is the storage of pallets for biomass plants. Different manufacturing companies are using LIPP bulk material silos as storage of buffer for their raw materials. The enhanced stability coming from the Double Fold System allows to construction of silos with big diameter and height ratio, with free carrying roofs as well as a fast filling and extraction. The silos can be built in closed manufacturing halls or building, very narrow installation sites and on high steel or concrete structures.

Using the DEBUGGER method (heat treatment) from FrigorTec, the DEBUGGER DB18 has proven its effectiveness in killing insects, larva, and eggs, for decades. This method increases the air temperature to a range between 45°C and 60°C, and keeps it there, so that pests die off without using chemical substances, thus preventing damage to buildings and their fittings. A power distributor is required depending on the size of the installation site or the number of devices, and we recommend using one or more SCRAMBLER SC 6000s to save energy. VariAll is a stainless steel cable routing and installation system for the hygienic laying of cables. The system is a product designed for hygiene: simple and accessible for cleaning. This cable management system is a quality product with a long service life. All cable routing elements are made of 5 mm round material - with an optical finish. This protects the cables and hoses. The cable routing elements are supplied in lengths of 3 meters. Thanks to a wide range of mounting accessories, installation on the wall or ceiling is very easy. The elements are joined together with screw connectors. The complete hanging technology is innovative in this mounting system. This means that the electrician can work comfortably at the assembly table when installing the fermentation control. Silos with a total height of upto 25 m and a diameter of 4.2 m are completely manufactured in the factory and transported by our specialized freight forwarders to installation site on time. Our qualified technicians carry out the mechanical and electrical installation. Afterwards we put the silo into operation.

We manufacture flexible silos upto a standard size of 80m ³. The breathable polyester fabric silos have an extreme tensile strength, so that according to the fabric used, upto 50 tons can be loaded into a silo. It is considered a multiple of safety in the strength calculation. The silo is thus ideally suitable for the industrial use. Low transport costs, space-saving design, flexibility in choice of site and permission free installation make these silos a cost effective storage place for your bulk.
