The DIGIFORCE® 9307 monitors processes in which precisely defined functional relationships between two or more measured quantities need to be demonstrated. After internal evaluation, the measurement curve and computed evaluation results are visualized on the color display and are also output at the external control interfaces. The processes in the controller are optimized by a powerful real-time operating system to achieve an extremely fast evaluation cycle: it typically takes just 15 ms to deliver the global OK or NOK evaluation result, which can then be analyzed by the higher-level controller.

Thanks to real-time monitoring, PASCHAL Maturix facilitates the efficient concreting process and, at the same, time provides well-founded evaluations. Based on the real-time analysis of the concrete strength, the optimal time for dismantling is determined. As a result, the number of defects due to early dismantling is reduced on the one hand, and, on the other hand, there are no unnecessary waiting times during the concrete maturity phase. The user receives a convenient notification as soon as the target value has been reached or if there is too much difference in the internal temperature. In order to guarantee the best possible concrete quality, the concrete temperature can be controlled and adjusted from any location by means of heating and cooling systems.

The jaws also feature a continuously high clamping force, ensuring a secure connection to the equipotential bonding at all times. The standard version of the grounding clamps includes a plug-in-connector for an easy connection to the included grounding cable, spiral cable and rewinding cable reels.
