Keiper PU molded timing belts (form belts), which are cast in special molds, are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords (or aramid cords). The cast PU timing belt is an exact replica of its mold. Consequently, high pitch accuracy along the entire length of the belt is realized. They are particularly well suited for smooth running and high speeds. Designed for quick replacement for die and mold ! Rust resistant models having many variations. Space saving design for molds with closely spaced coolant ports. Long sleeve socket facilitates connection/disconnection with plug embedded in mold. Various sizes and end configurations to suit a wide variety of mold applications. Can be connected with Super Cuplas, excluding K3 and K4 types. Pushtoconnect design. (Builtin automatic shutoff valve) Also available is Cupla without valve. (please specify the basic model).

All plastic model. Fluorine contained resin (PFA) body is injection molded. All parts made of fluorine contained resin. Orings in particular are FEPcoated fluororubber with excellent chemical resistance and no rubber elution. Unique new techniques such as “injection molding”, “tube connect system” and “nut type plug mount design” are used to prevent the generation of particles, incessant headache for semiconductor parts manufacturers. To connect with a plug, just push the socket on to it. Disconnection is done in simple and onehanded button operation. Unique “doublelock mechanism” prevents accidental disconnection of socket and plug. Branched tube port improves operability and reduces required piping space. Plugs come with a dust cap.

Best suited for hot water applications such as plastic moldings. Safety lock function as a standard specification. Nickel plated on the liquid contact parts to improve corresion resistance. Working temperature range from 20°C to +180°C.

High flow type K3 and K4 series are added to mold Cupla series for mold coolant and heated oil port coupling. Almost double flow rate compared with our standard K01, K02, and K03 series contributing to productivity. Space saving design for molds with closely spaced coolant ports. Long sleeve socket facilitates connection/disconnection with plug embedded in mold. Enables quick mold coolant hose connection/disconnection.

Mold Cleaner #1 dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, waxes and resins, even cured ones. Mold Cleaner #1 will remove the sealer form mold surfaces. Mold Cleaner #1 does not evaporate. Residues have to be cleansed with a quick cleaner (e.g.: fluid 010, Cleaner ES).

Mold Protect H1 prevents corrosion during long-term stock storages and short-term outside storages, even in areas with high air moisture. Mold Protect H1 is a reliable protective against sea-water atmosphere. Mold Protect H1 does not penetrate small gaps or narrow clearances.

Aqua Release 470 is a water-based, semi-permanent release agent and mold sealer in the field of thermoset processing, but especially for molds with highly porous surfaces. It can be used for castable or spreadable polyester-, epoxy-, phenolic and DCPD- resins. The operating temperature range of Aqua Release 470 is between room-temperature and +150°C.

Mold Cleaner 40-1015 Lemon dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, waxes and resins, even cured ones. Mold Cleaner40-1015 Lemon will remove the sealer form mold surfaces. Mold Cleaner40-1015 Lemon does not evaporate. Residues have to be cleansed with a quick cleaner (e.g.: fluid 010, Cleaner ES). A removal with water is also possible.

Mold Sealer S-31 is a semi-permanent mold sealer in the field of thermoset processing. It can be used for all types of resin and all kinds of processing, but especially for molds with highly porous surfaces. The operating temperature range of Mold Sealer S-31 is between room-temperature and +475°C. Processed correctly, Mold Sealer S-31 will leave a high gloss surface.

Spacewax Sealer is a wax-based mold sealer and release agent in the field of thermoset processing. It can be used for castable or spreadable polyester-, epoxy- and DCPD- resins. The operating temperature range of Spacewax Sealer is between room-temperature and +200°C. Processed correctly, Spacewax Sealer will leave a high gloss surface.
