The coupling The coupling is the heart of the system and is always part of the equipment. It receives the spindle packages and combines them with a connection or deflection. The coupling also enables the system to be supplied with compressed air from the side. The deflection Depending on the application, the system can be made rigid or radially deflected. The deflection unit is mounted in only a few steps between the coupling and connection and immediately converts the rigid system to a flexible system. The deflection force can be adjusted using the adjusting ring between approximately 15 and 120 Newton. The attachments We have the perfect attachments in our programme for many applications. For the machining centres we offer the standard machine tools attachments such as HSK and SK and a Weldon adapter. These mountings also enable compressed air supply through the coolant channel. Universal adapters are available for stationary mounting or mounting to a robot.

They are secured by strong clamping elements on the test bed. Their axial position is adjustable. The removable protection grid protects only against accidental contact to rotating parts under laboratory conditions. Solid axially movable protection covers are avaiable if parts might detach and fly away.

Type AW 30 concrete basin, overviews An example of a concrete basin selected from our UF series modular system is illustrated here. This enables the realisation of single and multi-component transformer stations. Systems are generally delivered as turnkey solutions (i.e. with supporting structures for tracks, fire protection grid and false floor). Other ground plans can be realised from our versatile range in the entire UF series.

Standard components from the HERMA modular system guarantee quick and accurate label dispensing. The devices can be positioned in any orientation and offer many options for integration into existing production lines.

Different ribs allow for the shuttering height to be adapted seamlessly. With the flat base, protruding reinforcements from a height of 25 mm are possible. Easy Form is designed as a modular system, which can be easily expanded, supplemented and flexibly used even with just a few components. In combination with the vast range of accessories, this system always has the right answer for any shuttering situation.

The PSV Pro System Vario is the classic all-rounder among adapter systems for the SPB Standard Pro Magnetic Box. Above all, customers benefit from its versatility and quick and easy manual handling. As a modular system, it is ideally suited for complex or frequently changing shuttering tasks, and it can be used very flexibly. Ideal areas of application are recesses for doors and windows, as well as transversal shuttering in support of other systems or a fi xed side shuttering.

Quick change in confined spaces BENZ Nanofix® is a new quick-change interface that is convincing thanks to its extremely compact design. The outer diameter of 22 mm is designed for minimal spindle distances and is therefore particularly suitable for use in confined spaces.

Increase of efficiency and machining quality The modular quick change system BENZ CAPTO™ guarantees an extremely compact desgin by being integrated into the spindle. Special clamping kinetics for clamping forces are noticeably below the required range of ISO/DIS 26623-2. BENZ CAPTO™ can be used for milling, drilling and turning, with up to 100 bar coolant pressure. The system is especially suited for heavy duty milling and machining.

User friendly, stable and very precise. By combining taper concentricity with no backlash with an extremely large planar surface, combined with high torque, BENZ Solidfix® offers a maximum in stability and rigidity, which is even capable of withstanding the demands of milling. The high torque transmission and the highest possible rpms also stress the effectiveness. This is supported by a special clamping mechanism which works centrally, without lateral forces, which in combination with the compact, highly precise components used achieves optimal values for concentricity, rigidity and accuracy in repeatability. Because of its compact design the system is ideal for tools with internal cooling.
