The materials steel and aluminium ensure that the tubing clamp stop-it metal is extremly heat resistant and sturdy. The tubing clamp is available in four different sizes, for hose diameters up to max. 30 mm. The tubing clamp can be used wherever the flow in hoses with liquids or gases needs to be regulated or stopped. Stepless flow regulation: With the tubing clamp stop-it's knurled screw, a stepless, delicate flow regulation or complete stop of the flow are possible, even for existing hose connections. The hose is compressed over a wide area against the sturdy steel hook in order to prevent it from being damaged.

A regular check of clamping force is vital for a safe, precise, and productive process. Do you manufacture at the highest possible metal removal rates? Perhaps your clamping device can do more than you think! Those who face tough competition can no longer afford to manufacture with »theoretical clamping forces«. Nevertheless the DIN EN 1550 requires that static clamping force measurement must be performed by the manufacturer at regular intervals. Modular measuring system The TESTit clamping force gauge measures and records the clamping force for O.D. clamping and I.D. clamping and even the draw-in force of hollow tapered shank locations. TESTit consists of two parts: The basic unit, which is the IT module, and the measuring units, which are the TEST modules. You only need the IT module once – regardless of whether you want to measure the clamping force at O.D. clamping or I.D. clamping or the draw-in force.

For decades, the crane magnetic transporters from the SH series have been used throughout Europe as the optimal solution for the crane transportation of sheets, even with larger sizes. Contrary to normal load lifting magnets, crane magnet transporters have a flatter magnetic field allowing them to take up thinner workpieces such as sheets already from 3 mm thickness. They are ideal for horizontal and vertical transport and extremely efficient, but they must be separated from the workpiece using a jacking fixture. With bend presses, they are an interesting alternative to mechanical carrying clamps for metal sheet guiding. The mobile crane suspension makes it possible to lift and move heavy metal sheets. The SH series is used where sheets have to be lifted, transported and moved with a crane, for example, in a material warehouse.
