Our synchronizing pulleys work together optimally with our extensive and complete range of timing belts. Together they are a perfectly matched system for your application. We have a large range of standard pulleys on stock, which can be reworked according to your specifications. Special surface coatings, such as hard coating, anodizing, zinc coating, bronzing, improve the corrosion and wear resistance.

In pneumatic conveying systems, conveying abrasive products – in particular at high conveying speeds – leads to abrasion and thus to wear in the pipe bends. In order to prevent this, the pipe bend of our highly wear-resistant DWR double-skin stainless pipe bends is encased in a second pipe bend, which creates a double-walled chamber. This acts, so to speak, as a “protective shield”: After the wear has taken place on the internal pipe bend, it fills with the product to be conveyed. When this process is completed, you are then conveying „product on product“ – and no further wear is possible! The SVS wheel series is primarily used for heavy duty applications requiring extremely high load capacities of up to 15,000 kg. They are typically used in machine and systems engineering. Their resistance to a wide range of aggressive substances also makes them suitable for use in applications which require resistance to chipping and oil. Despite their exceptional load capacities, only minimal effort is required on smooth surfaces to move transport units with SVS castors. The rugged grey cast iron series is extremely wear-resistant and is also capable of withstanding temperatures of between -25°C and 120°C.

Along with highly wear-resistant stainless steel pipe bends of type HVA NIRO® we offer suitably highly wear-resistant branch pipes. They are available in in all sizes, diameters and angle degrees.

Rigde top Vbelts for the building material and tile industry. These profiles have a high wear resistance against heavy and abrasive building materials. Available in various Shore hardness grades for variable conveying distances. These BEHAbelt belts are made of 100% PU or TPE and are therefore easy and quick to weld.

PETP films These films feature an extremely high resistance to mechanical damage such as scratches. Suitable for high temperatures and moist environments, they can for instance be used in rating plates. In combination with the adhesive 63B, our PETP films meet the strict US standard UL969 – a key factor especially for use in the automotive industry.
