With the EASYPRO, you get a customised system for monitoring and controlling the water parameters in your swimming pool. The TOPAX® MC multi-channel controller continuously measures the water parameters and keeps them within the target range. It controls numerous actuators and control elements and is simple and intuitive to operate. Multi-coloured LEDs provide a visual warning if the water parameters are outside the target range. . LIPP drinking water tanks for water supply companies are offered together with our project partner Kurz Leitungsbau GmbH. In doing so, we meet the highest standards applicable to the supply of drinking water, from planning and conception up to construction. Boiler feed water The so called „Boiler feed water“ is stored in a feed water tank and continuously feeded to the boiler of a steam generator. A big quantity of feed water is needed for example in steam power plants. The boiler generates steam, which is used for heating, for chemical processes or for driving a steam turbine respectively a steam engine. The feed water is purified in a way, that all harmfull components for the boiler are removed or neutralized. Leakages and evaporation loss are compensated by additional water which is purified in the same way than boiler feed water. Very often, valuable well and potable water resources are used for the generation of process water. Environmental regulations restrict this usage of well and potable water continuously and increase the costs for this resources steadily. Complete deionisation with electro deionisation With electro deionisation, permeate of reverse osmosis or other process waters can be completely demineralised. According to the VGB recommendations, a max. conductivity of 0,08 µS/cm is allowed for fully demineralised water.

Complete desalination with ion exchangers With ion exchangers, permeate of reverse osmosis or other process waters can be completely demineralized. According to the VGB recommendations, a max. conductivity of 0,08 µS/cm is allowed for fully demineralised water.

Reverse osmosis used for surface water treatment For the retention of dissolved salts and low-molecular Components, nanofiltration or reverse osmosis is suitable. With nanofiltration, multivalent ions and low-molecular components like e.g. humic substances can be retained. Nanofiltration can be used for reduction of hardness, separation of phosphates and sulphates, as well as for reduction of COD and DOC. With reverse osmosis – additionally to the nanofiltration – monovalent ions can be retained. Generally, with reverse osmosis very good retention rates for DOC can be reached, which especially matters at power plant applications.

Ultrafiltration of surface water For separation of dissolved substances, ultrafiltration is applied apart from conventional pre-filters (sand and gravel filters). So, all solids and even bacteria, viruses, germs and colloidal components (iron, orthosilicic acid) are retained.

Mold Cleaner 40-1015 Lemon dissolves pollutions like: oils, greases, waxes and resins, even cured ones. Mold Cleaner40-1015 Lemon will remove the sealer form mold surfaces. Mold Cleaner40-1015 Lemon does not evaporate. Residues have to be cleansed with a quick cleaner (e.g.: fluid 010, Cleaner ES). A removal with water is also possible.

Water treatment plants are a longlasting investment. Before planning, there are a large number of factors that need to be considered to create the perfect operational concept. We are happy to employ our full expertise to achieve the best result. This doesn't always mean building new and larger plant.. It is always a good idea to review exisitng systems.

Ultrafiltration and microfiltration differ depending the pore size used. Ultrafiltration can filter out bacteria, viruses and other organisms. Both methods are also applied in the field of water recycling. They sperate undissolved and colloiddissolved solids.

The 536 series fittings are designed for use with the 536 and 536B hose ranges. Goodridge developed the ‘sure lock’ barbed tails specifically for use with the 536 hose range to ensure a simple, safe and reliable connection. In addition, the 536 hose can be turned on the barbed fitting tail for alignment in situ.

When water is absorbed, the powdery starting material turns into a gel. The special outer packaging made of nonwoven fabric prevents leakage.

miko is one of the smallest compressor cooling systems currently available on the market. Although it has compact dimensions, the miko offers an extremely high power density and temperature stability of +/- 0.1 K. The mini-tower version measures just 350 x 200 x 330 mm and delivers a refrigeration capacity of up to 400 W, depending on ambient conditions, and the plug-in version delivers between 400 and 800 W with a height of just 3 or 4 RU (rack units). It features 24 V miniature compressors which are on a par with the large versions on a 230 V basis and also include a speed control unit. This power density means that miko offers an attractive and efficient alternative to Peltier coolers, including for high ambient temperatures. Both the plug-in and stand-alone units in the miko series are noise- and vibration-reduced.

The mako series is a new, particularly robust version of the add-on cooler which has now been added to the termotek portfolio. mako is an enhanced version of the proven P800: a versatile, active stand-alone cooling unit with compact dimensions, strong performance and temperature stability of +/- 0.1 K. The robust mako has been designed specifically with tough industrial ambient conditions in mind. The power range of 1.8 to 7 kW is slightly more focused than for the P800, but on the other hand the mako offers greater flexibility in terms of the cooling medium. A wide range of liquids can be used, including water-glycol mixture or deionised water, for example. The orbitally formed plastic tank is particularly easy to fill and empty.

The piko series from termotek is a further development of the successful P300 series. Also an active cooling system, piko is therefore also suitable for applications which require a particularly high degree of temperature stability of +/-0.1 K. Being a plug-in cooler, piko is suitable for integration in a wide variety of systems. The height varies according to the power: sizes ranging from 3 to 12 RU (rack units) with a refrigeration capacity of 250 W to 3.5 kW are available as standard. The service-proven cooling concept of the P300 series is continued in the piko, which also uses deionised water for the cooling medium as well.

The new Enviro 1000 is an automatic water treatment system that purifies the process water and compound produced after vibratory finishing and reconditions it for renewed vibratory finishing operations. The centrifuge cleans and recycles the process water by separating the solid particles and often also oils from the process water and depositing them as solid sludge on the edge of the centrifuge basket used for this purpose. This cycle of processes: Vibratory finishing, cleaning and recycling the process water and finally reusing the process water in a renewed vibratory finishing process saves costs and is extremely environmentally friendly.
