The MAGDOS LD plays a decisive role in the reliable and precise dosing of liquids in process sequences. With its availability in seven performance ranges, it offers flexible adaptation to different requirements. Double ball valves ensure exact dosing for precise and consistent results. The dosing capacity can be adjusted manually by adjusting the stroke frequency or via external control contacts, allowing easy integration into existing systems. The compact MAGDOS LD is characterised by its minimal mounting surface, which means that it can be integrated into any dosing system in an extremely space-saving manner. In addition, it can be mounted in three different positions without additional aids: upright and left or right orientated on the wall.

The GEMÜ F60 motorized 2/2-way filling valve is designed for extremely precise and fast filling processes in aseptic and hygienic areas of application. GEMÜ F60 enables activation in real time, ultra-quick load cycles and high flow rates of up to 18.500 l/h. The sealing concept of the valve is based on the GEMÜ PD design, whereby the actuator is hermetically separated from the medium. All actuator parts (except the seals) are made from stainless steel.

The RCV Plus™ Gas Mixing System is a combination of flow meters specifically designed to monitor and control the ratio of two gases. It consists of an RCV Plus™ and a FLO-TRONIC Plus™. The RCV Plus™ utilizes a micro-processor that continuously compares a preset ratio to the real-time ratio of the two gas flows, as measured by the FLO-TRONIC Plus™, and the ratio control valve itself. Using a stepper motor, the RCV Plus™ continuously adjusts the flow metering needle-valve to precisely maintain the preset gas ratio. The real-time ratio is continuously displayed on the LCD screen of the RCV Plus™. Included in the RCV Plus™ is an optional input for the addition of a trim gas, which is frequently used for process control. Trim gas addition is additive to the ratio. When trim gas is used, the continuously displayed real-time ratio then includes the trim gas addition.

Miniaturized media-separated 2-way valve in the 8 mm series to control challenging media. This compact, media-separated valve is suitable for precise dosing of neutral and aggressive gases and liquids. Due to the relatively simple design, the valve can be adapted to specific customer requirements without much effort. For example, connection geometry, sealing material and rated voltage can be easily adjusted.
