Premium cutting systems 4000 series The ZINSER premium series (models 4025B, 4125B, 4026B, 4126B) stands worldwide for excellent cutting quality and machine reliability. Economical cutting systems 2000 series Our economical models (ZINSER 2315, 2325, 2425, 2426) are powerful and robust. They offer precise cuts and high flexibility for various applications, including simple and bevel cuts and pipe processing.

TAMETO with suspended mounting is the first choice when a continuously height-adjustable workplace-system luminaire is required. TAMETO is mounted on the top crossbeam of the system workplace by means of a counterweight pendant. Depending on individual lighting needs and the visual task, it can be set to the optimum height. TAMETO – this laterally mounted luminaire produces completely shadow-free lighting or an intended shadow effect, as desired. This can, for example, make fine surface irregularities visible. Of course, lateral luminaires are also suitable when more light is needed for certain visual tasks. The infeed paper or film web is discharged by the discharge bar to eliminate any existing residual static charges. The nip voltage required in the printing nip is transferred into the conductive layer of the impression roller coating via the impression roller bar. The nip voltage (300 to 900V DC) causes the ink to transfer from the cells to the substrate with point-to-point accuracy and without high impression roller pressure. The discharge bar mounted on the outlet side eliminates any residual charges on the surface of paper or the film. A 2-layer impression roller is used for the ESA Top Loading systems GNH63. The impression roller guarantees the even distribution of the charge in the printing nip.

The RAPIDE L500 is the top selling gas filling system with fastfill technology! This argon filling machine has proven itself for many years and represents the state of the technology. The investment volume of the system is unrivalled in terms of capacity. The RAPIDE L500 is more than "just" a manual gas fill system. With the integrated IPC the gas filling process is visualised and automatically documented. Only with this product you have a verification of quality for all filling processes, for each IG unit – automated, without additional effort. Allocation of the IG unit is executed via barcode. Thus traceability in terms of gas filling is also ensured. The capacity with 1 filling line is approximately 600 units with 2 lines the capacity is approximately 1200 units. Due to short cycle times, the RAPIDE L500 is excellently suited for integration in the insulated glass production. Operation is intuitive thanks to the minimal number of operating elements.

The dip tank TB400 is the smallest model in our line of paint stripping systems. It is ideally suited for wheels / light-alloy rims, bicycle and motorcycle frames, painting aids or hooks. Insulated, double-walled dip tank ("vat-in-vat" system) with insulated top cover, indirect electrical heating, circulating system, and high-quality safety and monitoring technology.
