Benefits of the HERMA 414 at a glance: Semi-automatic top labeling designed for a wide variety of formats on both flat and curved surfaces. For label dimensions of up to 100 mm in length and 160 mm in width. The heart of the system is the powerful HERMA 500. Entire machine is controlled by the HERMA 500’s basic drive unit. All necessary parameters can be conveniently set on the integrated operator display. Can be adjusted to different product diameters in no time at all. No control box or PLC required.

The multilayer label, also known as a peel-off label or multilayer label, consists of two or three layers of labels on top of each other. This means that three pages are available for your information. You can achieve a five-sided information surface with three layers and double-sided printing of the label. Multilayer labels are resealable and can usually be opened using a glue-free flap. As a back label, they can be punched in almost any shape and even printed using thermal transfer printing.

452C - the high-flyer in top labeling: Equipped with the HERMA 500. Precise top labeling on all types of surfaces. Easy to integrate into any kind of production line. Extremely efficient and highly productive. Space-saving, compact and hugely versatile. Easy to integrate printers for variable labeling. Can be combined with the highly reliable 552C bottom labeler.

452E - No compromise on precision and performance: The 452E is designed for rectangular or cylindrical structurally and dimensionally stable products with measurements of 50 x 50 x 15 mm - 100 x 100 x 150 mm (L x B x H). Ideally suited to the requirements of many Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), such as cosmetics, care and household products - as well as for the labeling of snus. Reproducible labeling results can be achieved at any time with the digital position indicators and the integrated high-performance applicator HERMA 500 - even with high speeds of up to 250 products per minute. Side guides can be adjusted quickly and without tools to various product dimensions at any time. Optionally available with the new self-adjusting system for tracking the label position.
