AirWave - Rolling basket ECO (made of canvas, without sensor) for AirWave 1/2 The universal air cushion rolling basket is mobile and always brings your air cushions to the ergonomically correct working height. Our storage containers are ideal for the production of air cushion filler and wrapper with a width of up to 50cm. 4 rollers (2 lockable), material: stainless steel, colour: beige dimensions of the bag: 80 x 50 x 55 cm / capacity: approx. 220 litres.

Our coating line concepts stand for maximum production output, low energy consumption and highest precision regarding temperature distribution, air circulation and coating application. We can offer many different coating application units, such as combined floating knife/ cylinder coating head, knifeonrubberblanket coating unit, magnet roll coating unit, paste dot or screen coating unit, powder scatter coating assembly, kissroll unit, impregnation bath, reverseroll coating unit and vertical floating knife coater. Our lines are used for coating many kind of end products, such as airbags, automotive interior, truck tarpaulin, architectural fabric, protective clothing, emery cloth, paragliders, awning cloth, billboards and many others.

Outdoor textiles are expected to last for many years. Gütermann offers a special thread made of polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE). This product has very good temperature-, ultra-violet light and chemical resistance and its shows high breaking strength and abrasive resistance. Sun, rain, wind and weather are particularly hard on outdoor textiles. Seams are placed under the most severe strain, and quickly lose their resilience and firmness under the influence ofUV radiation and extreme weather conditions.
