The amplifier module model 9243 is used wherever measurement signals from strain gauges, potentiometric sensors or DC/DC sensors have to be converted into standard signals. Simply by mounting on conventional DIN-mount rails, it is possible to position the amplifier module on location, in the proximity of the sensor. Especially for rough environments a IP65 version is available. The broad auxiliary power range and the choice between AC or DC permits operation on standard power supplies used in switch gear cabinets. A highly precise reference voltage source is built-in for calibration purposes. A calibrating shunt can also be connected via two separate terminals. This permits deliberate detuning of a strain gauge sensor for calibration or merely to check the measuring chain.

The new 9250/9251 amplifier generation unites all the features that make modern measurement data acquisition actually possible for the first time. Network-compatible, high-precision, user-friendly, smart and versatile: the combined system of amplifier module and bus controller can be integrated into any existing setup. The amplifier 9250 in conjuction with the fieldbus controller 9251 takes signals exactly to the point where they can be combined, monitored and linked efficiently to other data. The fieldbus interfaces give you flexibility, speed and perfect connections, and save you time, money and other resources when integrating your measurement setup with existing systems. Automatic sensor recognition due to burster TEDS lets you play absolutely safe, protecting you from setting incorrect parameters. The broad supply voltage range permits operation on standard power supplies used in switch gear cabinets.

Situations often occur in practice in which it is necessary to place a measuring amplifier immediately in the neighborhood of the sensor in order to be able to access a standard signal there. In this way, long distances to the evaluating electronics can be covered. This task can ideally be performed by the 9236 in-line measuring amplifier. State-of-the-art manufacturing techniques are used in our electrical workshop. The world-renowned and appreciated Z+F machines are used for wire processing. These assure a high quality standard of the final product and allow great time savings in the manufacturing process. Thereby we can offer our customers a good and fair price-performance ratio. Individual marking of wires is supported. UL approvals are also possible.

Our in-house paint shop offers many advantages to our customers. Desired colors can be applied quickly and thus we can offer a high degree of flexibility.

Our metalworking shop allows us to realize customized housings according to customer requests. A team of experienced employees assures the necessary precision including all required cutouts and drillings of housings. Our own tool shop is equipped with machines for lathing, milling, electrical discharge machining and grinding which allow us to quickly manufacture customized parts/adjustments in-house.

Programming is completely done in-house according to DIN EN 61131-3. The preferred programming languages used are either Siemens’ Step 7 or 3S’ CodeSys. The hardware depends on the application: it ranges from miniature control systems to computer solutions with connections to the office world in order to document the manufacturing process ideally. By working closely together with our customers we attain individual use of technological possibilities.

The WPC is an integrated solution to produce wires for switch cabinets: it marks them and crimps the corresponding wire end ferrule. The WPC loads an EPLAN or other CAE file and produces all wires within this list step by step. Cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm² are supported. For each item in this list, the wire is cut to length sequentially with the help of the multi feeder Z+F EVOFEED® , the corresponding labels are printed and the correct ferrule is crimped to the wire with the UNIC-GV universal crimping machine. The thermal transfer printer (THM-MMP) is suitable for all markers and labels of the MultiMark family as well as for continuous material, fabric and polyester labels, heat shrink tubing or PLC labels. The operation of the individual steps is carried out manually, which allows the operator to route and connect the wires for the complete job in the switch cabinet wire by wire. Due to the high level of automation it is not necessary to change wires and ferrules.

False floors We supply different false floors for classic applications which utilise a modular unit with an integrated false floor for cables. System false floors from Betonbau are used in local substations, transfer and transformer stations and switchgear houses. These floors are particularly flexible, can be adapted to precisely suit your room and switch cabinet layout and conform to DIN VDE 0101. We can fit your floor with buoyancy protection where necessary to minimise in as far as possible the effects of an internal malfunction on operators. Key locking is realised in the false floor profile, and the keys can only be withdrawn in the locked position. The design has been tested for accidental arcing in compliance with DIN EN 62271-202.
