Our sealing brushes are available in many forms and with a wide variety of profiles. These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges. The special types consist of 11 types of sealing brushes which we can produce in a large range of variations on your request. You can choose: - All fill types, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres, synthetic filaments and wires.- The quality of the backing material, e.g. galvanized steel, stainless steel (1.4301; 1.4571) or brass.- The trim height (BH) (free bristle length- The overall length from a few centimeters to the maximum length which can be transported. We also can supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Don't hesitate to ask us for other dimensions of fixing holes, too.

These profiles can also be used as mounting flanges, for example in a self-adhesive design, or fixed by screws or by welding. As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths. Our standard types we supply from stock in 7 different profile types made of galvanised steel, heat-resistant also in high thermal fluctuations. The stock types are filled with polyamide (PA6), mane hair (MAH) and phosphorbronze-wire (PHB).

LIPP welded tanks are erected using the LIPP Welding Technology, a unique method of construction enabled by a custom automated rig designed and manufactured by LIPP. This procedure can claim a number of advantages over other traditional welding methods. Firstly, the unique steel profile increases stability and so reduces material costs at the same time. Secondly, the automated endless tape process continually welds layers below in a rotational cycle and reduces the number of on site workers. LIPP Welding Technology enables welding both black steel and stainless steel of different grades, allowing numerous applications. LIPP aims to increase construction efficiency through the implementation of unique techniques and technology, ultimately benefiting customers via a cost effective system. The key facets for the construction of a LIPP storage system are automation, continuously variable tank dimensions, reduced space requirements for onsite construction and increased worker safety.

Full power in any position The universal machines from BEHRINGER can handle any job that is needed. Perfect to slicing through sectional steel as well as solids in metal and comparable plastics at almost any optional angle. With precise cuts, individually adjustable for bidirectional mitre cuts between 90° and 45°, and optionally even for acute angles of 30°. Semi-automatic variants In the BEHRINGER semi-automatic models, the material is positioned by eye, for instance with the aid of a linelaser. This procedure is recommended for frequently changing cut-off length and when the sections are marked on the material already. Automation Where larger cut-off lengths are required, we recommend the use of a measurement device for precise positioning of the material. Used in conjunction with infeed and outfeed peripheral devices such as roller conveyors and transverse transport devices, the degree of automation can be increased to achieve added streamlining effects.

False floors We supply different false floors for classic applications which utilise a modular unit with an integrated false floor for cables. System false floors from Betonbau are used in local substations, transfer and transformer stations and switchgear houses. These floors are particularly flexible, can be adapted to precisely suit your room and switch cabinet layout and conform to DIN VDE 0101. We can fit your floor with buoyancy protection where necessary to minimise in as far as possible the effects of an internal malfunction on operators. Key locking is realised in the false floor profile, and the keys can only be withdrawn in the locked position. The design has been tested for accidental arcing in compliance with DIN EN 62271-202.
