Emulsion can do more than just cool... At least when using EWS Spinjet, the coolant is used to drive a turbine which allows the tool to rotate to up to 50,000 rpm, depending on the type. Application: E-gas, idle speed control The information detected from the pedal sensor are transmitted to the electric motor-driven throttle valve positionier via control and correction electronics. The current throttle valve position is measured by an integrated or adapted angle sensor. The idle controller regulates independent of the load the idling speed or the engine through the throttle position. This leads to an optimised fuel consumption. Our fully automatic flowpack machines are suitable either for high-speed applications or airtight film packaging requirements as well as for paper packaging, depending on the version selected. The machines feature either rotating or box motion transversal sealing units, with selection of a longitudinal seam either above or below. Each machine can be combined with a wide range of feed systems, such as finger conveyor chains or infeed belts. With our ability to handle everything from PP or aluminium laminated films through to Tyvek® – anything is possible. Coated paper can also be used for flowpack production. Our flowpack machines are also available as hygienically designed versions.

In the field there is a frequent need to measure sensor readings rapidly and easily right at the sensor and to transfer them directly to a PC without additional amplifiers or converters. The 9206 USB sensor interface can satisfy this requirement admirably, thanks to its „plug & measure“ design. The USB connection means installation could not be simpler. The coupling The coupling is the heart of the system and is always part of the equipment. It receives the spindle packages and combines them with a connection or deflection. The coupling also enables the system to be supplied with compressed air from the side. The deflection Depending on the application, the system can be made rigid or radially deflected. The deflection unit is mounted in only a few steps between the coupling and connection and immediately converts the rigid system to a flexible system. The deflection force can be adjusted using the adjusting ring between approximately 15 and 120 Newton. The attachments We have the perfect attachments in our programme for many applications. For the machining centres we offer the standard machine tools attachments such as HSK and SK and a Weldon adapter. These mountings also enable compressed air supply through the coolant channel. Universal adapters are available for stationary mounting or mounting to a robot.

This deflectable pneumatic spindle is capable of compensating part and positioning tolerances when machining. This means that it is possible to trace a part contour with constant pressure and achieve uniform removal, even under fluctuating conditions. An optimum application for this system is, for example, the automated deburring of castings or machined components using an industrial robot. Adaptor flange (Order no. 003 012 557) to simplify the mounting of the system is available directly from us. The deflection force is individually infinitely adjustable using air pressure (2-6 bar), even during processing. This enables the removal rate to be perfectly adapted to the thickness of the burr.
